Same here, I came here to the US when I was 11 years old in the 60's, I am now 70, I have never been to beaches when living in the Philippines. I did see the Manila Bay when I visited in 1983. Shopped in Rustan and some shoes store, went to Cubao to buy souvenirs inside Ali Mall. It makes me want to go back, it has changed so much, so modern.

Her people are known in the world as hospitable. They give you their best even if they have less. I live in the middle of one of the biggest city in the world, New York, and I start my day in a packed subway that no one seems and acts you exists. This is not the way to live. Life is too short. I am considering my option.

Aside from that place, there's also a White sand bar in Manjuyod in our Province of Negros oriental, they called it Maldives of the Philippines.. an Island that will go underwater when high tide occurs, and also a Dolphin watching.. hope you can visit there Ali..😊 You can search it Maldives of the Philippines.

You should try Tao Expedition if you want to experience the sailing adventure from remote islands up to remote islands, also the food that cooked by tao chefs are delicious :) simple life just pure nature but it's hard to explain if you experience.

There's so many beautiful islands in the Philippines! You should visit Bohol! My hometown known for the white sand beaches, home of the famous chocolate hills and tarsiers and so much more! You will not ran out of exciting adventures in Bohol island!
Maraming magagandang lugar at ganap dtu sa Palawan ang problema pinipili lang nila ang lugar at don lang sila paikot ikot paulit ulit.. Subrang ganda ng El Nido peru tabi- tabi lang at di sikat na lugar ang kanilang pinapakita.. Maraming nagsasabi mag Island hopping peru ignored nila.. So kung pupunta sila ng Bohol mas interesado sila sa isang area lang at di mismo sa magagandang spots ng bohol.. Parang may mali ei... Ayaw nila ipakita.... Nakakapagduda..

Ali, you should look for a swimming instructor in Palawan or wherever place you keep ending up while in the Phillipines. The one thing i made sure my daughter learned before we moved to Canada. Lots of great swimming instructors in the Philippines and doesnt cost a lot. You'll enjoy more of your trips when you know how to swim. Never too late to learn.
speaking of beach resorts philippines has a lot of it anywhere you go they are abundant with it.... that is why they are considered as the best tourist destination for beach lovers so far in the world today...

We enjoyed El nido during our trip and look forward to returning next year! I think you're right about the activities of el nido vs manila. after a few days, everything is redundant... I wish you experienced el nido like we did because we stayed at a place where the wifi was VERY strong (Seda Lio: a 5 star resort) and it was $250/night. We were able to access the internet with no issues, eat a free breakfast buffet every night, enjoy the 3 pools next to the bar, and slept very well!

I went in 2015 and there was nothing like that back then. There was a camp area but not the glamping with pool and restaurant. Where the rock wall goes out into the water there was a little bamboo shack that had a generator to make buko shakes and sold beers and other snacks. Things have changed a fair bit. I must get back again, nacpan was my favourite beach
Been to Maldives (5 times) and the Philippines (almost yearly since i was 2 years old since my mom is Filipina). The marketed resorts in the Maldives are designed - pumping sand to shape islands, the palm trees meticulously placed and the sand flattened at the beach and the shallow water emptied of seaweed. The Philippines is a natural beauty.
I've been to Maldives ,Bali,Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei,and Taiwan but I still prefer the view and beautiful places in the Philippines ..I guess I'm biased but boy I consider the Philippines as paradise .. I'm from Antique Philippines but I haven't explored some of the places yet. 😊 Thank you for your vblog..
3 yrs ago we visited that beach and I love it a lot because it wasn’t crowded, very fine white sand beach and enjoyable to swim because no sharp corals it’s one of the beach I love, before there was no resorts just some local small restaurant I’d like to visit again if I get a chance...

Her people are known in the world as hospitable. They give you their best even if they have less. I live in the middle of one of the biggest city in the world, New York, and I start my day in a packed subway that no one seems and acts you exists. This is not the way to live. Life is too short. I am considering my option.

You should try Tao Expedition if you want to experience the sailing adventure from remote islands up to remote islands, also the food that cooked by tao chefs are delicious :) simple life just pure nature but it's hard to explain if you experience.

So kung pupunta sila ng Bohol mas interesado sila sa isang area lang at di mismo sa magagandang spots ng bohol..

Ali, you should look for a swimming instructor in Palawan or wherever place you keep ending up while in the Phillipines. The one thing i made sure my daughter learned before we moved to Canada. Lots of great swimming instructors in the Philippines and doesnt cost a lot. You'll enjoy more of your trips when you know how to swim. Never too late to learn.

We enjoyed El nido during our trip and look forward to returning next year! I think you're right about the activities of el nido vs manila. after a few days, everything is redundant...
I wish you experienced el nido like we did because we stayed at a place where the wifi was VERY strong (Seda Lio: a 5 star resort) and it was $250/night. We were able to access the internet with no issues, eat a free breakfast buffet every night, enjoy the 3 pools next to the bar, and slept very well!

I went in 2015 and there was nothing like that back then. There was a camp area but not the glamping with pool and restaurant. Where the rock wall goes out into the water there was a little bamboo shack that had a generator to make buko shakes and sold beers and other snacks. Things have changed a fair bit. I must get back again, nacpan was my favourite beach
Been to Maldives (5 times) and the Philippines (almost yearly since i was 2 years old since my mom is Filipina). The marketed resorts in the Maldives are designed - pumping sand to shape islands, the palm trees meticulously placed and the sand flattened at the beach and the shallow water emptied of seaweed. The Philippines is a natural beauty.

3 yrs ago we visited that beach and I love it a lot because it wasn’t crowded, very fine white sand beach and enjoyable to swim because no sharp corals it’s one of the beach I love, before there was no resorts just some local small restaurant I’d like to visit again if I get a chance...
