Thanks for the ideas! We make bacon ahead in the oven 20 minutes at 400. Perfect! And quiche with premade pie crust: 1 dozen eggs, 1 24 oz carton cottage cheese, 1 T. Hot sauce, 1 T. Mustard, handful of grated cheddar. 40 minutes at 400 in 9x13 pan. We make it ahead and enjoy in the morning. Merry Christmas!

I've never done a Dutch baby in a cast iron, we mix it up in the blender sand put it in muffin tins. So nice, each person can customize how the like it. Whip cream, berries, syrup, powdered sugar, etc.

I think these ideas for breakfast are so spot on especially when so much activity is going on and to keep our happy butts out of the kitchen .....a bit.

One of the things that my grandmother left to me in addition to land was her collection of cast iron skillets with a cast iron stand. I love them. I love Drew Barrymore's products. I have a few and also Pioneer Woman's cookware. Every christmas morning l make some sort of breakfast casserole, frittata or quiche. Its just going to be me and my only child who is home from his freshman year of college for the holidays. Your earrings and sweater are super cute.
