- CFMoto 650NK Tail Tidy / Fender Eliminator Kit Install
CFMoto 650NK comes with a very long rear tail section.
One of the first modes I recommend to do is a tail tidy.
Not only dose this make the bike look more complete but,
once fitted it's said to shave 3kg of the bikes weight!
This kit was purchased from a supplier in Tasmania Australia.
I didn't receive any endorsement from the supplier but it was the only product that I could find that specifically said it fitted a 2017.
All other products stated only up to 2016.
You can find this tail tidy kit and many others at
www.mustardbikes.com
Thanks for watching and hope you find this video informative.
Cheers
HOW did you detach the wiring so easy I am using inhumane force won't budge or go out. If I do just a touch more it's gonna detach alright but not where want it... Maybe they just clamped them together with some pliar tool factory assembly. I hae a 23' 650nk. ?!
I bought that same tail tidy for my 2016 650nk, except it took me like an hour to get unplug the indicators, break light and plate light... cool vid

Cheers. With my male arrogance I think it could have taken longer. Cheers for your support.
Will order and fit an after market exhaust next and do a DIY.
Are you enjoying the NK?
Sir nk650 ist good??i want to buy,,can you pls.tell about nk650 pls.good or bad performance??
Nicely done video, definitely worth watching. Uh, but the two-chord sound track.....sheesh. Nah, really, nice video.

Cheers Don
Glad you enjoyed the vid.
Tracks was grabbed fromTop Button Recordings folder of old instrumentals from 2006.
Some food for thought next time I guess.
Thanks again.
Kool i like the long stock tail but not the bit of steel that hung down under the number plate so a grinder made short work of it lol and now it look much nicer

Nice work.
We found out that the only down fall of the tail tidy was realizing it stops water spraying up your back on wet days 😂
Guys, only just saw this! Great vid, clear and to the point. Thanks for sharing! Mind if we link to this on our site?

Cheers. Feel free to link it to the site.
I’m always watching “how to” vids and thinking “short and sweet”
Thanks again.
Thank you!
Hey mate, can you please put a video on how to remove and clean the throttle body for this bike. Will be much appreciated, could not find anything anywhere on it.
Will this work for the 300ss I can not find a kit at all for this bike
So practically similar to the previous model.
“ Keep track... ooooor just wing it “😂 my life moto
How do you remove the gray side panels from the cf moto 650nk?
pretty sure they're just decal and you can peel them off
Thanks guys
Well done 👍
خالد الزهراني Thanks for the support.

U r welcome brother
Does this fit a 2021 cfmoto 650nk
Not really sure.
If the 2021 seems similar to the 2017 I’d say there is a high chance of them being the same part.
You could check out Mustard Bikes for more info.
Yo quiero ese accesorio... como lo puedo encontrar
Would that same tail tidy fit the cfmoto 650mt?
Sorry for the late reply.
Not 100% sure but I don’t see why it would not.
✌🏼😎👍🏼
Very good 👍
Nice video boys. I've got exactly the same bike down here in Victoria a 2017 650nk. sorry to ask a side question but I find I get a lot of buzzing and vibration noise under 4000rpm especially while engine breaking. I'm assuming its the fairings so I've taken them of and put some spacings and felt stickers in places, but I still seem to get it, just wondering if you've gotten the same thing on your bike, and if so if you've been able to do anything to dampen the noise?
Thanks Guys
Hey.
Cheers for the kind words.
Yes indeed we too experience the the plastic vibration noise.
I’ve put pressure with my hand on different panels while riding and I’ve found it might be the instrument cluster.
Was very hard to pin point but I’m sure you could try it next time you ride.
✌🏼😬👍🏼
@@auzzierider Yeah thought you guys came across the same issue 😁, will do I might have to pull the panels of again and check wiring and hoses too 👍
Greats Fromm Austria 😎 i have the same bike…
Anyone have the 150nk and do a tidy tail
Will this fit the 300sr?
Hey.
I’m unsure and I would lean towards no as I think they are very different in make from the 300 to the 650.
I know the 400 and the 650 shared the same components only did rents was the cylinders being sleeved to bring the comp down.
That won't work over here, to mcuh angled for speed- and other cams. You will be fined.
Whats the top speed ?
Çağrı Erel
You know, I couldn’t tell ya.
What I do know is, the bike is governed so top speeds are attainable.
But the it’s only a screw stoping the throttle from full turning.
around 190kmh

nice bike Sir, i Like cfmoto 650
So, did it save 3kg from the bike's weight?
MotoZest Not that I weighted the stock tail after removing it but anything that big coming of the bike would have to make it lighter.
If you can replace the muffler you will loose 7kg right there.
Can u sent to me a bike of them please 😢
Hi there, sorry for the late reply but I have no idea what you mean.
