Emporio was right! In the video "Horse pshycic talks to my new horse" from 11 months ago he told Symone that he thought there was going to be a move. Maybe all of them to a new home. Part of Matt's response was " That's news to me".
And look what is joyfully happening now. Amazing!

That was the first episode I watched ever, and recently. Now I am so happy I found these two lovebirds with their horses and big dreams. So inspiring! Animals always seem to know more than us lol

At times, there is no other way to grow than to move elsewhere. A nosy neighbour who was keeping tabs on everybody around just moved two weeks ago- the freedom, the joy, that ensued is amazing.

I have never encountered such genuine, lovely, kind, young men before. They are such a beautiful couple together and so sensible for their age. Good luck to them for the future the next 40 years, they deserve everything and I have never seen a Horse that doesn’t like them for the care they give to each one. The horses love them. And so do we.❤

As amazing as your home is (because of you both!) the limited land has been an issue for a while. You put a lot of effort into pasture management for the five you have there. Now knowing you can't do further improvements in the pastures, and that you will continue to grow your businesses, it just doesn't make sense to stay there. The new owners are very lucky. It is a stunning dream home for someone with a small herd. That said, I am very much looking forward to your next home and stable project. You have a serious eye for design. If you're feeling sad or stressed over this, just think about all the good things to come! Wishing you the best, guys! And definitely get those goats! I taught mine to shake hands.. they're SO much fun! I could see one joining in the liberty demonstrations!

I was rewatching the visits by the horse communicator. Where you are talking to Emporio 3rd Feb 2022, watch 23.39 to 24.43, when you talk to Etro 15.37 to18.40 and I'm sure when she was talking to Gaio something was said. You and Jesse may not have known these plans were happening, but your horses did!

Whether it's close, or not, running back and forth to two farms is time consuming and you don't have access to your horses 24/7. As beautiful and magical of a place this home and property have been and are, it makes COMPLETE sense to want to have one home base where you both live and work out of, and not have to keep your horses divided at different locations. (The COST of having to board multiple horses, too!!😵💫)
As bittersweet and sad as it is to have to say goodbye to a very special place, the benefits CLEARLY will outweigh that once you’ve found your “forever” property, where there’s the peace, quiet, and space to not be limited in any way. The horses will be even happier being in larger turnout pastures/run-ins, and having even more attention and time from you all, as well ☺️ The pups will LOVE the additional space, too.💕💕 It’s also really lovely to know that the new owners will really appreciate and take care of this gem of a home/property, as well.

This was the perfect starter home for you both and suited your needs perfectly in the beginning. Now that you have more horses and want them all at home with you (I would too) it is time to find a new home that you can make your own and that will allow you to grow and expand whenever needed. How wonderful for you. Of course you want the stallions to be with you I always wondered why they were not home I didn’t know there was limitations on your property. NOw it all makes sense. You do have wonderful gardens and you could always take some cuttings of your favourite plants for your next home. I have a creeper that went to 5 homes in that way. It will be so much better if you can keep your animals all together you will relax more and have some time for other things. I think breeding sounds rewarding. Pausing 5 minutes in to say this, when I saw the title I was like noooooo!!! cause your place is so beautiful and seemed so perfect for you but as Jesse is talking about only being able to have 5 horses and how your paying board on the others (I didn't know it was because you couldn't have more, I always figured you'd have the others there someday too) I immediately was like oh yes get out and find your perfect home where everyone can live with you.

Aww Jesse you made me cry…I could tell your emotions were very close to your eyes…it’s not easy to move or change but life has its stages and that change is inevitable. I live in a beautiful old log home and dread the day I move but as I’m aging I know it’s coming. But like Matt says lots to look forward to and you’ll be making dreams together…all the best!
I would honestly love to see you make a garden planning/process video at whatever new place you find. We didn't really get to see this one bloom from scratch, so that could be exciting to see from a completely fresh start. There's a lot to look forward to :)

You discribed the Eifel in Germany when you talked about the landscape you like. Rolling hills, forests and meadows with apple trees and little clear creeks. Snow in winter and beautiful sunny warm summers. Seriously, have a look there. They have some beautiful estates there.

Here in the USA most areas have zoning regulations. I recently bought a modest home on a small piece of land in a wonderful mid twentieth century neighborhood. My area is surrounded with forrest preserves, high end schools and academies, "no exit" streets (therefore no thru traffic) and a sencse of safetry, peace and relative quiet. I am in the midst of "making it mine" with personally pleasing changes, as you did. Friends suggested I buy a condominium. I would not even consider it, what with their very strict rules about what you can and cannot do with 'your' property. You will surely find a more ideal situation soon...and make it wonderfully yours!

We also ask why look elsewhere than your stables for your next home... surely you can build your home at the stable and save, time, fuel, etc. all the while enjoying being close to your animals. The animal communicator when she was with Emporio said he was telling her about moving to a different stable, not your current home with Chase etc and not the current stables you rent. He knew it would happen
