I'm glad you got to play The Big Bath, by far my favorite level, they somehow managed to pull off that weirdcore backrooms feeling in a game inspired by Wario Land, and it's also really fun watching people first react to the level, btw the level was apparently inspired by the Poolrooms.
Technically the cowboy hat and shades DO work, it’s just that you, the player, wear them, and thus they obstruct your vision somewhat. The cowboy hat covers the top portion of the screen, and the shades… Well, I’ll let you discover what they do if you ever decide to buy them.
Oh thank goodness you continued this! I'm also glad you saw the cutscene before Jewel Ghoul if you go into it with Annie, she's got major Beavis from Beavis and Butthead energy in that scene! Incidentally, you can see Anton's cutscene if you go into the fight with Anton at any time.

Always glad to see Merg posting, I actually have stopped watching every other playthrough just because of this one (also, I'm severely out of time as of late, but definitely have enough of it for Merg) In any case, -day 629- day 630 of asking Merg to play 💠Crosscode. Man, I was listening for this game's ost today and got quite and insane shuffle, that had 3 temple themes back to back, and another one slightly later AND there were also 5 tracks in a row that I have set this way earlier last week, and mostly they were like this too!
I dunno if you figure t out later in the video, you can run by holding the dash button (it might be smt else but i think its that idk i have no money, just remember you can run)
Fun fact: The Big Bath level is a reference of the poolrooms from the backrooms, this level has no music, but this level has a sound effect, you know ASMR style
