Yes I think when Fairport were putting their early repertoire together, they went to agents of both Dylan and Mitchell to get songs that they hadn't yet released or published.
I really enjoyed his rendering of this amazing song. I found it especially eerie how he seems to weave elements of The Doors "The End" into his guitar lines.
I'm pretty sure his weaving is all his. Such fantastic renditions of these two songs, brought tears to my eyes. Saw him recently at the Royal Albert Hall for his 75th birthday tour, he has still got it, we are blessed by his talent.
