Clara I don't think can Take advantage of More then the Two Piece cuz follow up reaction and Cleave I think are one Hit. Jing Yuan, Himeko, Herta (To some Extent) and Topaz will take further Advantage of this set.

On Jingliu’s banner, I had zero pity, and around 130 tickets (I think). After around 35 to 40 pulls I get a 5 star, getting me all excited. It’s Bailu. I didn’t have her so I didn’t mind TOO much, but still, woulda been awesome if I won the 50/50 and got Jingliu. Had like 88 or so tickets left, got her after almost 80 pulls. So, was I lucky or unlucky? (I want Topaz and/or Guinaifen but with 51 tickets it’s not gonna happen.)
Welp i still think this is a easy skip hell it can be argued that the 4 star is the better of the 2 especially if you have the dot queen as for Topass she is mid af compared 2 all of the recent 5 stars and her only redeeming aspect is the follow-up attack buff and there going to be a harmony character at some point thats going to have a AOE follow-up buff or a AOE debuffer added sometime making her irrelevant so as a F2P player i see no reason other then simping for her 2 summon her. And even if you don't care 4 the 1.5 characters well then most likely SW well have a rerun then and if anyone missed her like me 😢 f 50/50 well then whos better of the 2.... ya that isn't even a question so ill personally be skipping GL to anyone summoning hope ya get her.
when u compare a support sub dps that doesnt have many options right now for teams to 2 powercreep hypercarries with 10 S Tier+ buffers ,ofc she seems mid

So ya I don’t hate her I actually find her cool but as a F2P player that isn’t relying on follow up characters or plan 2 in the future… (for now) I personally don’t see the point for summoning her when I can at lest guarantee a five star character in 1.5 and if I get lucky A guaranteed character if I lose my 50/50 by 1.6 so ya if you want her go for it but as a F2P player she’s a easily skip because she isn’t broken like our ice queen and or a team enabler like SW or the DoT queen.

Not gonna lie I had the same change of heart, was going in for "sex alarm" and stayed for topaz since she enables crit kafka
same, i luckily won my 50/50 and got Topaz and Numby as well as e2 Guinaifen, just the minimum eidolon i wanted!
Was pulling for Guinaifen, got early Topaz (like 15 pulls in), still dissapointed didn't got Guinaifen.
I've been finding Topaz and Clara to be a really fun combo, the follow up attacks go bonkers

Most of clara's kit is follow up attack, the other damage is her skill which does decent AOE damage but not worth using any other set than the new set
