Great home at a great price. The back porch is a nice feature. Bedrooms are large and living room and kitchen are just what I would want. Thanks for taking the time to show it to us, good luck and have a great day.

Wow 🤩 Nate, that is our very favorite home you have shown us❣️ We love the perfect floor plan and all of the high end features such as wood shelving and poles in the closets & pantry!!! Also, the closet in the entryway is a real bonus! The fireplace with stone is beautiful. The kitchen around the corner from the living room, and not right next to it, is wonderful! The kitchen had a nice setup and we liked the wood cabinets, countertops and the backsplash! The room sizes were just right and the closets were spacious. The utility room was fantastic, even with space for a freezer. And having the master bedroom closet outside of the master bathroom was another nice feature. We loved the back porch that leads off of the dining area, and can also be accessed from the master bedroom! This home really ticked all of our boxes!!! The only thing I’d change would be the flooring, which was a bit busy with the variegated wood pattern. Plus I’d prefer not to have such a big window by the master bathtub, since I don’t care to be on display while bathing (but a curtain could be hung). This is my dream home, and even the price was amazing!!! Thanks so much Nate for showing this excellent home. Now, I guess we’ll need to move to Oregon 😊

Love this home. Large Large spacious rooms. Love the back porch and the ramp on the front. Use the table in the utility room for a desk and make an office/utility room combo

😊Surely is spacious and it is a bit unique in design! I like all the earth tones and finishes; the laundry/utility room is a big turn as well. A real likable home, Nate. Thanks😊

I like having a solid front door as my entry. The side window is nice, too. I like the fact that the coat closet is by the door and has wooden rods and shelving.
As for the fireplace, I would prefer an angled corner gas fireplace with a raised hearth. I don't like placing the TV up high. It hurts my neck to crane it like that, especially when I'm stitching. Having it in the corner makes room for my entertainment center.
I like the back porch. It's a bit small to have cooking, dining, and conversation areas, but that could be fixed by adding an additional lower deck that could accomodate some of those desires.
The dining area kind of seems small, but I know my 6 person table could fit there. I would change the color of the flooring though.
I really like the kitchen overall. I like the fact that you have a vent hood over the stove AND an elevated microwave next to it. I like the cabinet colors, but prefer darker hardware. Drawers over doors are always good. I really like having the separate buffet, especially for holiday meals/potlucks. The counters are nice and I like the backslash. I especially like how high it goes up at the stove. I love the look of stone, but it really is impractical near a stove for cleaning purposes.
I would change out the stainless steel sink and opt for a ceramic or hammered copper farm sink. You showed an elevated dishwasher a few homes back, and I liked that feature. I would do that, too.
I really like the fact that the island is purely a blank canvas. No sink. Great area for meal prep, working, eating, etc.
The pantry is nice, but I prefer a solid door to hide my occasional untidiness.
I like the side by side refrigerator with the built in ice/water dispenser. We have one, but it's never been hooked up.
I would change the pendants over the island to better fit my aesthetics.
As a disabled person, I like having the doors wider. It may not seem like much to most people, but if you are a bigger person and/or disabled (I am both), it helps.
I like the guest bath. A lot of times anymore, you see the sink off to the side along with the mirror. It feels off kilter to me when they're like that. I prefer them to be centered. I would have raised elongated toilets and add a shower wand to the shower in the guest. I like the transom windows above the tub. We had our window taken out because the molding was rotting and didn't put a window back in place. It really makes a difference having even just that little bit of light in there.
I think I'm almost in love with the utility room set-up. At least lust anyway. It has almost everything I could want. Washer and dryer area, sink, extra freezer, drop zone, desk, and a place for a litterbox. A window that opens for fresh air, and plenty of light and space to move around easily. I even like how the furnace and water heater are situated.
Now, on to the master. I really like it when you have different options for furniture placement. I can place my king bed under the transom or between the windows. My two dressers and nightstands fit, and I might even have room for a chair and small table.
The closet works. I don't normally like windows in my closet, but transom windows are OK. They let just a little bit of light in, but not so much that you need a curtain to keep your clothes from fading from the sun. I mean really, in my opinion, closet windows (other than transom) are a huge waste of space and just aren't practical. Do you really spend so much time in there that you need windows to open for fresh air?
The master bath has both hits and misses. I like the sink area, but I would eliminate the bottom of the medicine cabinet so I could utilize the whole counter. The cabinet itself would have adjustable shelves. The tub is good, but I wish it were just a bit wider as there is room for it. I like big tubs I can relax in, but I can't stand stand alone tubs. I want mine in a deck. I feel more secure getting in and out of them. I'm always afraid I would pull a stand alone tub over trying to get in and out. Besides, they are often too high for me.
Another thing that I like about the tub area is that the faucets are on the opposite end of where my head would be, but on an outside edge, easy to access. I like having the window low enough I can enjoy a fresh breeze or even just a view. I really don't care who would see me. After all, it would be MY home.
I'm not keen on "water closets." I prefer my toilet to not be behind closed doors. I understand why they have the doors swing in so as not to interfere with the main door, but it makes it harder to manipulate a walker or wheelchair into them with even just that little bit of extra space removed to allow the door to swing inward.
My least favorite part is the shower. Those built-in benches are a joke. I would prefer a zero rise access with a built-in bench on one end. Railhead and wands. If the shower was just slightly dipped with a drain in the middle, the water wouldn't pool along the edges. If I had to have shower doors, I would opt for one that swings open, rather than slides. It's safer in the event of a fall.
This home is really nice. I like the carpeting in living areas and other flooring in areas with water access.
What I am missing is places for bookshelves (I have a lot of books), unless I use a bedroom as an office/library. I could do that and have a conformable pullout couch or Murphy bed added to the room. I would also add ceiling fans to all the sleeping areas, living room, and the back porch. I live in north Idaho, but it can get hot here, even in the shade when there is no breeze at all.
Overall, I have very few complaints, except probably the fact that I can't afford it. 😢 Still, with a few changes, I could be quite content with this home.

This house is awesome! Near perfect, only changes I would make would eliminate the transoms on the front facade, and make the window above the master bathroom tub to match the other front windows. Super nice home, thanks for the tour!

Not bad for a larger home. Technically my apartment is ADA but the reality is something else.
I would want the flooring to look like real wood and in a light oak color. I would put tiles from a store for back splashes and such. I hate the all browns thing. The utility room would have to be slightly reworked so that it will accommodate my sewing machines.
I used to be a professional cook and the microwave/exhaust combos are a joke! I would replace the range with a double oven unit. As odd as it sounds, I'm not fond of the stainless steel and preferred enameled. By next year, I should be back to work and probably as a cook, don't want my home to looks and feel like home.
