Hello Heidi. Beautiful colors on ur cards. I absolutely love the 3D effect on the flowers 🥰. They turned out so nice. Oh goodness, little Toby sure does make sure ur getting subscribers. Haha. Gotta love him. He sure loves his Grandma & vise versa 😉😘🥰. The custom charges r absolutely ridiculous expensive. I bought a book from a place in the UK last year. The shipping charges alone were twice the cost of the book! The book is about all the birds on The Shetland Islands (to help me identify them when watching the live cam. I swore I’d not order from the UK again just like u not going to order from here. 🤣 Take care dear Heidi. Please tell Toby hello for me & that he did great hiding those chocolate chip waffles from the Elf on the Shelf 😉. Naughty little Elf, haha.

I had the same with ordering something from America. Years ago when my eldest Grandson used to collect Crazy Bones, he only needed 4 to complete the set. They sold in the UK for 4 in a pack for £1. I found the 4 he wanted and ordered them and it cost me £11.00. But when the post delivered it I had to pay £35.00 in charges. I paid up as I didn’t want to disappoint my little Grandson.
I actually rang up customs and complained. Not that it did me any good, basically I was told it was my own fault for ordering from America. But I did find out one interesting fact. Not only do they charge for importing the goods, you’re also charged on the price of the postage.

Oh Toby, you are a chatterbox, but you didn’t sound poorly to me, but don’t worry, as I was always pulling that trick on my mum when I was younger! 😉 That’s insane about the taxes you guys pay for ordering from overseas. In Australia we’re charged 10% of the cost of the items when ordering from Ali or Temu, but when I order from Lavinia, there’s no extra charge. 🤷🏼♀ Anyway, thanks for sharing, oh and also if you could come up with some more ideas for masculine cards pretty please! 😘❤

It’s funny you saying you love a white border on cut out items, I absolutely hate it! I guess I’m set in my ways, I’d never heard of fussy cutting, I think it was someone trying to be posh it was always just cutting out lol. The last thing you would do is leave any white on, then it was really bad to do “back in the day” lol. I love your colourful cards, seeing that just puts a smile on my face. Hugs x Ann x

Lovely tutorial love the colours been trying to follow along tonight with your ink blending but I wasn't as good as you I don't have many supplies of stencil backgrounds .Now I have a question I used a glitter on a small stencil and having trouble removing the stuff what is best for cleaning them please xxx

If you want to fussy cut with a white border draw a pencil line where you want to cut then cut it.💟
