Is there is possible meger or confusion if the joint or solidary obligations happen in the creditor? Example if it is a joint creditor

Same principle sir.
Merger in joint obligation will only extinguish his share of obligation, while solidary merger on the other hand, will extinguished the entire obligation, but his co-creditor can ask reimbursement from him.
