good job, but two things to understand: 1. stopping the turbine via the default electromagnetic brake is not recommended since the slip ring in the turbine will tell you bye-bye. 2. the angle of this ExtremeOperationalGust (or Eclipse) system is way too much. It should be around 30-45 degrees, not 90.
@@afterworkcreation9394 why would you want 90 degrees to make it stopped almost fully? why not keep it less operational and still keep gathering something with a 30-45-degree turn?
@bogdankushlyk In Scotland we have deadly wind gusts and when forecast say wind 60kmh the gust can be 100kmh, the wind is not consistent and no mater what mechanisms you have the gust is so sudden and will damage something, only way is just stop the turbine. My mechanism isn't perfect but I will improve. Main goal is keep that turbine working in the air not flat on the ground destroyed. I put far to much effort, time and money into this project.
Tak , ale i tak trzeba ostrożnie stosować bo przy większym wietrze można coś uszkodzić. Wkrótce filmik jak zrobić tanio, efektywny i bezpieczny chamulec. Pozdrawiam.
No można jak ktoś lubi. Pomysł jest taki że jak muszę wyłączyć elektrownie w sposób bezpieczny to ja najpierw wychamowuje a potem robię zwarcie na trzech fazach i niema ryzyka że coś upale.
Just applied 3 phase shortcut, so the field of the stator Wil cause the magnetic force and turbine will stop. One thing, you can't use that when turbine is overspending, because that will damage turbine or slip ring.
Клас 👍

Hi. The brake was only demonstration how it works and furling tail purpose is to completely disable turbine to prevent damage.

Fajny pomył. Gratuluję.
Czy ten chamulec zwiera 3 fazy ze tak szybko sie zatrzymał?

Witam. Ale to należy zamieszkać przy tym przełączniku?

Zapraszam do obejrzenia wyjaśnienia.

Could you briefly explain in English what the video is showing? Some sort of short ?

@@afterworkcreation9394 many thanks!
@@pgfox2002 I can make simple device to show how to safely stop turbine, I will upload very soon
@@afterworkcreation9394 yea that would be useful!!
