The Land Registration Act is fundamental to unregistered land as well. Schedules 1 and 3 outline the rules and exceptions for overriding interests.

will you be covering civil law at all? the reason i ask is i just done a conditional acceptance and they failed to satisfy my conditions and now they expect £940 for no tv license so im not happy lol

if the person would talk in simple accent that would be nice where as he is trying to put some accent which is not so clear
I doubt this man is “putting on some accent”. This is a free, accessible and clear presentation on the topic. He is speaking clearly and there’s visual aids through the presentation. If you struggle to understand this man’s mild accent, I think you should really work on surrounding yourself with people who don’t just sound like you. I promise you’re going to encounter others with much stronger accents
