The strats nowadays are crazy man .. im a old D1 speedrunner and these D2 strats get complex , good execution ! I was one of the first ever to do a 2 man 2 down 390 crota when it first launched
I don't remember the specifics, but they had changed the way the hammer interacted with objects and a side-effect of that was you could smash the hammer into certain spots on enemies and it'd just fucking melt them. They patched that though. You can still do some crazy shannanigans with 1-2 punch shotties and synthos/worms but not to the level.
They've patched it now but the hammer was getting stuck in Atheons hit boxes in his legs to chain the hammer damage pretty much indefinitely. It was only possible on a few bosses, another notable one was Riven
No longer works, there was a glitch back in SOTL that allowed Hammers to ricochet inside of a target, basically dealing unlimited damage if you got lucky. That’s fixed now, and Hammers themselves got nerfed hard too (no longer work with OTP, Roaring Flames was neutered), and the Finisher technique used to avoid the TP here is also patched. Sad times we live in.

The best dps would probably be witherhoard, hezen with overflow Li and star firebuild, make FoM right before DPS then use fusion nades for main dps. It's nowhere near as good as a titan could do it but it's probably the best option Also the finisher glitch has been patched so, unlikely to happen soon

It's all about the visual bug. The damage display is incorrect and ticks after a while, the grenade updates the damage display.
Ah I forgot about the hammer throw glitch, I miss that…and broken worm gods caress hammers.

Cant really be patched, its just stacking buffs and debuffs, as far as i know there is no glitch or bug involved
