I hope you keep buying things and testing them out. My Pocket is still factory configuration, but there are modifications I want to do. Your videos are helpful. Good to know about the insulation in the doors. I have a bunch of Thinsulate that I didn't know what to use it on. Now I do!

That's great, thanks for the feedback and comments. Hopefully we are helping you pick the right upgrades for your van. Definitely load up those rear doors with your thinsulate!

@@Outapkt I bought a Joolca hot water shower to hang from the back doors and use the large propane tank to fuel it, so, I won't be buying the door panel storage. I got a "back of seat" storage unit that can be mounted under the bed, hanging from the bed slats. You have to raise the bed to access it, so it's not as convenient. Anyway, keep those suggestions coming. . . it's good stuff!

Been watching your videos and enjoy them very much. We are in the market for a camper of some sort and your videos are helping us a lot. I do have one question. I noticed you have no bathroom. How do you deal with showers and toilet needs.

Hello! Thanks for watching and for your questions. This van comes with a portable toilet but as you point out, no bathroom or toilet. In our case we plan ahead to be in places with bathrooms and/or showers when needed. We have the portable toilet in case of emergencies. For a small van, having the extra space instead of the bathroom is a big plus for us and a good tradeoff. But it might not be for everyone. The 36B version of this van has a bathroom but our 36A does not. Thanks and good luck with your search!

Love this video too! Only question, would you consider carrying a gas container for your next trip?😊

Hello! Thanks for watching and for the question! By gas container, I assume you mean like a supplemental gasoline can? I would say no. It would be messy and smelly and our running low on gas was really just bad planning on our part in not stopping when we could have. We were not in any remote areas. Normally we have pretty good gas mileage, but going 80mph into a wind and uphill required us to stop more often. Thanks again!

@Outapkt I will keep that mind when traveling, oh the need to increase the speed when the road is clear ! Lol 😆

First off - you're very patient and forgiving. Looks like the product was designed by someone in China that saw a photo of the rear doors and just went off that. There should be a fastener that could make use of the many existing holes rather than requiring new ones to be drilled. That's a big red flag for me. I agree that it's a great idea to add practical storage to those empty spaces, but I'm not impressed by that particular brand. Also, jealous beyond words that you can fit your Solis into your garage!

Hi again! As far as the panels, once installed, we are happy with them. We never did fill in the holes above the top panels and we don't really notice it now. I still think these panels are a decent value and make good use of some otherwise wasted space. As far as the garage, yes that is one reason we picked this van. We had to raise the door height though. It barely fits! Thanks again for watching and for your comments!

The top of the door "stock panel" is not a panel that exists on a Ram Promaster 1500 from Ram. Those panels and holes were installed by Winnebago. Van Essentials designed the top storage for the base model Ram Promaster 1500 and not specifically for the Solis Pocket.

@@dan-tv Thanks a lot for pointing that out, I did not know that.

I visit your channel and watch your videos. Your videos are very amazing and helpful. You are making videos with a good niche. But, I noticed a few areas where I could help optimize your videos to reach a larger audience. Would you be open to discussing this
