As soon as the new candy land area thingy is open, hyperion is the only reason to stay in the chaotic part of the park in my opinion. I really hope they are going to rebuild a lot in the old part of the park.
One can hope as it looks like they are putting a lot of effort into making Sweet Valley the new family area of the park. Looks like it is two more family coasters (one pretty big for a family coaster, the other yet another Vekoma junior coaster), another carousel, a crazy barn, a teacups ride, a balloon ride, another family spinning ride, another tracked ride and yet another gentle water ride. Definitely some duplication of rides already in the 'chaotic' section of the park. However it looks like their next project is going to be the Vekoma tilt coaster on another new plot of land so who knows when they will get round to revisiting the front half of the park. When I was there they were just randomly throwing up that big ferris wheel near Zadra which I don't think really needed a ferris wheel. The problem is they would probably have to rework the front half of the park in stages otherwise it would be too disruptive for the flow of guests through the park.
Living vicariously through you guys coasting around Europe. Taylor you keep talking about greying out. I have never experienced that and I have been on a lot of intense coasters. That would freak me out! Loved the cats in the park. Disney has a lot of cats they keep here in Orlando to keep out the rats 😊
they probably started out with less money so they had to put in the junk first. I can't wait to see the in depth review of Zadra and of course, the comparison of the big 3 RMC's
I mean even then the park is only 8 years old, and in their opening season they just had 3 coasters, the largest of which was a viking themed spinning wild mouse that they're actually trying to sell now.
The last time that I visited Six Flags Great Adventure back in 2013 I had the chance to experience a rain ride on Kingda Ka. My friend and I patiently waited through a 45 minute queue line just to get on the ride while it intermittently shut down due to an encroaching thunderstorm. Needless to say we ended up experiencing Kingda Ka that day while it was raining and we both were floored with excitement and adrenaline after getting off the ride (we are both adrenaline junkies). Definitely the highlight of the day at Great Adventure aside from El Toro of course. I will never forget that day or that experience on Kingda Ka.
I visited Energylandia 2018 and 2022 and i have to say you really can see how the newer areas have a much higher Level of Theming but it's still somehow a mess xD I hope you visited the waterpark on an other day because it's pretty cool too :)
Ah the cats remind me of the one at Fun Spot Kissimmee in the Screaming Eagles ride area! Also, I don't mind that they have family coasters everywhere, it's just that why buy 3 Vekoma Juniors when you could get a Junior, a Zierer Tivoli, and a Chance Big Dipper for different ride experiences? I guess buy in bulk and save? idk, multiple Wacky Worms is weird...
This is the vlog i was most excited for as it's the only park i've been to from the series! A lot of walking, suprised you didn't pick up on the staff who use segways to get around the park :D
To defend Energylandia. I was there on a very busy day. Every small coaster had a 1 hour queue. The problem with kiddie coasters is there capacity. Energylandia attract a lot of families. So it's normal that the park put in more family coasters and has two family boomerangs.
As a tewelve year old I was on the front row on hyperion and I passed out two times 😭😭 one of the best roller coasters is speed water coaster bc you can wear glasses!! That's why it's one of my favorite 🤭
Great vlog guys, Energylandia is a great park and zadra is now my no1 coaster, only issue is the q lines are so weird and boy polish people do like to Q jump, being British we do like to que properly 🤣
Absolutely love energylandia it is definitely a park every coaster enthusiast would want to vist Zadra is my current number 1, Hyperion is my second favorite Intamin mega coaster, and Abyssus is pure fun. My one issue is there is a lack of shade within the park when I went it was insanely hot.
Late comment, but…. I dont know whether you were aware of this but energylandia is financed by the european union. As Polands parks werent as big as the ones in „richer“ countries (Germany, France, Netherlands….) they got money to finance this. This money comes from the cohesion fund where the richer coumtries pay to develop the countries with a lower gdp. Thats why they build this so fast and weird. You can probably read more about this somewhere else.
Energylandia actually has two different models of Vekoma family Boomerang; one (Light Explorers) is a lil bit longer than the other (Boomerang). Still very weird though.
Although the park had good intentions - I fully agree that the loading platform of Zadra is so damn confusing. Think it is also funny that the First Row lane for some reason is called First Ride, which must terrify a lot of anxious first-time riders 😀
Regarding the very start ofthe video, what I think what Energylandia needs the most is not new areas, or great coasters, but better traffic connections.
I looove energylandia. We visited in july this year and planning to go for halloween night! I think the front of the park is wierd because EU started funding later and it started like small park for kids. I hope they will redo it.
That part about riding Zara in the rain was funny to my because I once rode kingda ka in the front row in drizzling rain (I did the same thing with FURY325)
I wonder which I would prefer, Zadra, or Hyperion. I’ve never been on anything like Hyperion, however I do think I’d choose Hyperion, but I know it would be close!
The rides at this park are great, but the themed sections are all over the place and just chaotic and confusing. They should spend some of there seemingly endless budget on getting the theming sorted out and this will be a top tier park.

Energylandia is a mess... They really need to get that park together 😂😂 I have the feeling there went a total of 0 planning into the start version of the park. As if a kid plopped down some attractions in rollercoaster tycoon. The queue lines are seriously infurating as even during the on-season those queues don't get filled up. I appreciate the views being there but the walks are so extremely long and never end and there's no shortcuts at all. Beside that the queues are so incredibly wide that kids just cut in line without caring. If they fix that in the new areas and get rid of the shitty start up coasters and replace em with similar theming to the back of the park I do think this park could become one of the best in Europe. It might have a very top heavy line-up but that doesn't make a great park. I would give the top coasters a 10/10 but the parks layout a 3/10.
I've been to Energylandia on January 8th this year and what a disapointing experience it was! Out of all rollercoasters, only 3 were working and a 4rd one started working thoughout the day. I saw them doing some work on it and then testing it, with people riding it every 5 minutes - didn't feel confident at all. It's not clear at all what's working and what's not on their website so I felt like being scammed. No excuses about the winter. They ought to make it clear to guests what's available and if weather doesn't permit just close the park for good just like the great majority do. Front part of the park is completely disconnected from the back and employess don't show much sense of responsability, allowing people to do nearly whatever they want. There are lots of boring attactions and riding the same attractions over and over all day long day felt like a waste of time and money. You couldn't even visit the whole park because they blocked some passages. With the park being so limited, why not open the new area giving guests actually something to do? It's sad but I had much higher expectations. Continuing with outdated attractions and keep adding roller coasters simply to boast the title of the park with the most in the world doesn't work, especially with 2 identical roller coasters, a bunch of roller coasters that a 9 year old would die of boredom, one that can be found all over the world and finally keep them almost all closed with the convenient justification that it is winter.
I think it's awesome that they allow and feed the cats. They help keep rats away from food and its something else for the guests to see. More parks should be pet friendly or at least allow stray animals and take them on like energylandia.
