I sprayed this on my wrist on my lunch time this week and omg I was addicted, the vanilla was still projecting 24 hrs after off my work jacket. Had to buy a 50ml bottle which I’m waiting impatiently for today.
I love it! 🥰 Smelled it in store and was absolutely smitten by the sweetness and vanilla/coffee notes. Ordered it online and realized only when I got it that I had ordered the classic BO EDP (which explained the much smaller price). Didn't like that one. Ordered Le Parfum now and couldn't be happier! Great review❤ need to check out you blog too!
It just doesn’t sound to me (from everything I’ve heard) that it’s what everyone was hoping for and expecting. You would assume it would be just super amped up coffee and vanilla. But I think that’s already the case with extreme. We just needed a more extreme extreme one. 😂
just bought mines and i already can’t wait for it to macerate! i feel like with time the four vanilla accord will really shine through!

I tried it the other day. It's a vanilla dominant perfume it literraly smells like vanilla extract on my skin and it didn't last long. It's a no for me. Great review Soki ♥
I tried it two times at the shop. First time it didnt impress me that much, but my boyfriend complimented it:D i tried it later, yesterday, and it left on my body, skin, smelling so good.. and i still can feel vanilla today:) so ordered it🖤 its a warm and sexy femine smell. I loved YSL Libre as well, owned it before, they both are a little similar for me.
The original black opium has been my signature and favorite perfume for years! I blind bought this one and I have a feeling I’m really going to love it because of how much I love the original!

I actually Love this one a lot. It smells very cozy. It does remind me a lot of the Lancome Tresor la Nuit a la Folie which I own and love.

I walked past a perfume shop by chance today so decided to ask if there was any new sweet perfume. The assistant handed me this one saying it arrived today. My favourite note ever is vanilla so this is stunning to me! 😍 Need to test more on skin but will probably end up buying it. 😀 I have BO Floral shock which is amazing for warmer weather, sadly discontinued.
Hello, I try these one yesterday at Macy's and I love it. I end up buying others perfume just because I still have a little left of the OG, but I am definitely replacing my black opium for this one. To me, the smell was intoxicated I could not stop smelling my wrist.

I’m a 41 year old man and my mum has the original and i love it when I smell it on her. I’ve worn it myself and like the way it smells on my too but was wondering if one of the flankers leans more unisex/masculine as the original is probably slightly on the feminine side for me to purchase a full bottle for my own fragrance collection. Thanks for any help.
I am a 40 year old man and I also wore the original layered with a heavy dose of a boozy-vanilla fragrance I made.
However, as my wife took my original bottle recently...I ordered samples of the "Black Opium Le Parfum" that this video is reviewing. Once they arrive I believe I'll have the perfect "Black Opium" in house and will proceed to order a full-size bottle if it works well with my skin. As this one has all of the more feminine notes taken out and more vanilla added...I truly believe this is what I've been hoping for all these years of dealing with the original "Black Opium" and being left wanting...
@@Detman101 I purchased a full bottle of the “Le Parfum” after testing a couple of times in stores. It’s great and completely what I was looking for, the vanilla is intoxicating. I Love it.
@@caspar17 I received my samples in the mail today, and immediately ordered a full bottle! Then after the addiction taking me over and me wiping out the sample on my body, I went to Macys to abuse their tester.
Lets just say that I'll be going back to Macys every day until my full bottle arrives.

My mum said it's more like the Original YSL Opium. Not the newer Black Opium. I love this new version.
Boots have some how got this Fragrance £13 cheaper than all other retailers 🤷🏾♀️ £62 for the 30ml starting... Everywhere else is £75... Bought it as I prefer the more amped up versions over original. Thank you for your consistency.

Hi Soki, thank you for your review. I have tested it, but I don't like it. It is too much for me, and its similar to kayali vanilla 28. It is so sweet. I love illicit green, its my favorite.
Which is stronger and longer lasting to you? Kayali vanilla 28 or Black Opium le Parfum?
Hard to say.. I have tested it once.
Hi! i have worn kayali 28 for a few months and have also tested the black opium le parfum. kayali smells heavenly but has very poor lasting power. within the first 1-2 hours you don’t leave a trail anymore. the new black opium doesn’t perform strongly either, but it does have more presence and the dry down is 100% like kayali. however, if you don’t care about the black opium DNA at all, i’d say buy kayali and overspray a bit. it’s cheaper. hope this helps!

I can't stand coffee in perfume. It ruins the whole thing for me everytime.

I think that would be totally cool, some girls I know wear make cologne and deodorant and it is sexy, I don’t see why it couldn’t work with roles reversed! It does change with your PH levels. I bought it today and it is a sexy feminine vanilla after sitting on the skin for a bit If that’s what you’re going for. Either way yes.
