Odd, i just got this DLC and i can find it no where. Which board in velen do you go to to get the quest? also i have already saved dandelion so thats not the issue :(
I learned that you have to complete a certain quest late in the main story I'm running through the game again the the new+ dlc so I have a bit to go, thx for responding tho :)
Oh so it's like skyrim dawnguard where you can't play it until you're at least level 10. see I just bought Witcher 3 and downloaded the season pass to get both dlc quests and neitehr are showing up. So I have to progress through the story to access them?
I bought the goty edition and i want to know, do i have to dowbload the dlc, and if not, will it have early effect? In skyrim special edition, the extra dlc spawned new creatures that killed villigars that ruined my experince quite alot...
Qopiq q goty edition already includes all dlcs all you have to do is progress through the main story and it'll unlock. you can see it in your quest journal

I dont have the quest ... I have the dlc "Hearth of stone" and "Blood & wine"

U have to finish main story first,, the quest called a poet under pressure
I finished the story and I dont know where to find the poet under pressure quest
you can try making a new save and choose to set your level to 35
You all ready saved him as a secondary quest
I'm pretty sure you are in Oxenfurt at the time of your video while obtaining your quest.....
