I am gonna be shipping probably in December, can you please make a video on what is different about the 10 week boot camp compared to the 8 week? Or what is added (even just based on videos) or just how it goes week by week?
They just added more financial and life lesson classes. Really no difference. I graduated on 9-2 which is my 9th week 2nd day or something like that. If I had to give you any advice. Work out, run a lot, stay disciplined, don’t be a good ball and do the shit your supposed to do.A lot Of people fucked up in my boot camp where they got separated from the navy. For workouts it would be push ups and planks, and a 1mile and a half run depending on your age. Get ready to fold a lot of clothes and do shit that seems worthless. Let me tell you now I was nervous asf but when I got done I can confidently say navy bootcamp was easy. Good luck
Boot camp is fun if you go into it with the attitude its all a game and you just have to play along to the best of your ability. I was always in trouble for being a smart arse, you want to get through it with ease listen and be good at what is expected. Dont be a kiss ass and dont stand out. Speak when spoken to with confidence and shit the fuk up the rest of the time. Learn whats expected to memory and its friggen easy unless your are over weight or/and out of shape and are soft in mind and body. Be a stand up guy, honor, courage and commitment. Be about integrity always!
WOW things have really changed, I went to boot in 75 back then there were 3 RTCs Orlando great lakes an san diego, our barracks were open bay,we had pt everyday, marched asa company everywhere,You had to be able to swim, if you could not, they sent you to train you how to swim,,,dont really know what happened if you couldnt, like i said things have changed
Only allow phone calls, they take your phone and lock it away in storage when you get there and don’t get it back till the day you graduate. My division was allowed like 5 phone calls but most divisions only get 3

I just went with the program and kept a low profile. I graduated with top honors and went to OCS within two months.
NAS Pensacola, enjoy it man. One of the best A schools in the fleet regarding liberty, i miss my A school experience 😂
