Wait, are you saying if an alliance has more power than whatever they determine for whatever theater of conquest we're talking about that not all the members in that alliance would be able to participate?

A lot of changes but my no. 1 issue for me is that helicopters must land to open fire on enemy. Comon am I only crazy here? Im serious , this is joke, helicopters must be able to fire on enemy units while they howering in the air and not lose time to find free grid to land while ALL others units arty atg mbt lite infantry can fire on heli when he is in the move driving in the air and heli canot return fire before land!

Yes. Allow officers’ skills to be assigned to two different officers. One in a unit, and 1 in base.
