If Luigi hits a dice block when rolling multiple he affects all of them, even if he hits just one. One time I rolled a double 3 and he hit one and gave me a double 10. I think it holds true for Turbo Dice too but I'm not sure.
Snag the Flags would benefit from each player having separate planets, a zoomed out camera, and some kind of mapping system that gets stronger over time. There is some skill in tracking where others go, and knowing where you've been on the orb, but it is not enough.
Mario Party 8 also has Free For All games converted to duel minigames. The problem is that duels rarely happen because they got rid of the same space duels.
