I believe this concept of "compound interest" could be applied to learning as well, for example?
Learning may not be an easy option and if useful/skillful probably is equivalent to climbing a mountain where each individual step may not be worth much, taken in isolation, but each step is, ultimately, essential in order to reach the top. I use the word: "accumulate" to motivate myself to do a bit more each session when I'm learning or going to the gym etc.
I did not think to apply it to interactions with others but it sounds true as well. It can be easy to become distracted or discouraged in dealing with others in a work regularly so applying this concept probably helps one keep a level attitude. Thank you for the constructive advice.

Thanks for your wonderful comment! Absolutely, 'accumulate' is the perfect word when you're putting in the effort day by day. The effects aren't limited to just one aspect; they spill over into others too. Going to the gym is a prime example. It's not just about staying fit; it's also a huge boost for your health!
