Real talk: As much as I enjoyed Jane having Thors' powers, I wasn't a fan of her taking his godly givin' name. I've always referred to her as simply Thunder Goddess. Or a new holder of the name Thunderstrike like one of the few good things that came out of that crappy Avengers cartoon in the mid 2010s.

What would have happened if we saw Jane Foster trying to lift Mjolnir during the first Thor movie where Thor was deemed unworthy by Odin during the first Thor movie? Could we see Jane Foster become Mighty Thor without her getting cancer so that she can use Mjolnir as long as she wants, what do think she was like after being exposed to the Reality Stone?

Ngl, the first time i read this issue i'm not a fan of Jane Foster taking Thor mantle because Thor is Thor Odinson only. But when Jane died and gets rewarded and become the Valkyrie, that's when i started to like the story. Because Jane Foster as Valkyrie makes more sense then her becoming Thor. So i'm hoping in the MCU she's not going to be the permanent Thor because you know how MCU rolls.

He explained it in the video as the comics explain it. Cancer is when cells of the body grow uncontrollably, mostly due to unknown reasons. Because cancer is so inherently aligned with the body itself, the medication being used is technically toxic to the human body (despite it being positively used to combat and defeat cell overgrowth), the body still considers it to be a toxin, hence why vomiting is a major symptom in radiation therapy. Becoming Thor purges her body of toxins, but recognizes her cells as just her cells. So her treatment as all toxins are purged, but her remaining body becomes strong and seemingly just hits pause on her human system.

He should have whispered, "An ancient Norse deity speaking an oversimplified simplified Early Modern English is anachronistic and dumb. It's 'you/your' not 'thou/thee/thy/thine'."

Jane being Thor was much more underwhelming in the movie than I thought it would be maybe if they bring her back as Valkyrie she'll be better. The end credit scene did seem to hint at that being a possibility.

To explain the #GorrSection of the movie which is a valid question ❓... there's #Purpose through our #suffering. How ❓you might say ❓ Because #YahshuaTheMessiah who the world calls #JesusChrist suffered for the #sins of the #world so that we may be #saved. And through it all kept the #Faith in #Yahweh the Father. It's very easy for a person to say they're #faithful in #God then it is to actually #WalkInFaith with God through the #TrialsAndTribulations of life.
Similar to marriages. Yes, it's easy to say
"I Do" but will you still love me THROUGH sickness and health, the ups and downs and twist and turns that life has to offer. If so, that's true love. Which going back to #Yahshua (Jesus) displayed that same selfless love on calvary's cross when He said, "Forgive them Father for they do not know what they do" end quote. Dying for our sins on the cross, raising from the dead on the 3rd day and ascending to the #Heavens above (#gor/#Thor/#Jane/Eternity and #Valhalla scene) Which in closing signifies - suffer now in FAITH just as Jesus did 2,000 years ago and be #EternallyRewarded later in the #NewEarthState #Heaven. These past couple of comic book movies have been very spiritual lately - #TheBatman with #TheFlood (#NoahsArc) #Eternals with airsham (wrong spelling) about #JudgementDay and now this about #ThePurposeOfGod - #Salvation = #Eternity/#Afterlife which they also depicted beautifully in #FreeGuy at the very end. Because in reality... We are #SpiritualBeings living a (short) #PhysicalExistence on #Earth. And only through Yahweh's (God) #HolySpirit in us (Yahshua The Messiah in you) can we have #EternalLife (now)! Or to paraphrase Hemdeil #WelcomeToValhalla ☺️🙏🙏🙏☺️

About 60% of comments are about how bad, and it is bad, that name is Mantle storyline is. 20% is "hardcore name stealing fans" and the other 20% is people asking for videos. Story was so hated they had to move her in from being Thor so he could "reclaim" his name🤣🙄🤦.

I remember this comic from years back, so iconic, I remember telling people that thor is my favorite marvel hero, and they would say isn't there a woman thor, and I'd say but she has cancer...sadly. And entirely forgot that Jane became a Valkyrie at the end.

I have mixed feelings about this.
First off since when did Thor became a transformtion. ? Dont understand why these authors twist perfectly good character and milk it for pointless action when it could be way better.
Secondly Thor is not the God of hammers and the hammer doesnt give you power it simply is a tool yo help you wield it. "It never was the source of your power nor shall it ever be. Odin".
Thirdly, i uderstand al9t of people might say " oh but its enchanted by odin so clearly if someone is worthy they might wield it. To that id say yeah you are right but again the hammer is not a source its simply a way to help you harness your power. Maybe some of you might remember but thor was actually stronger without his hammer.
Lastly, amd this is just my op but i think strombreaker is much more powerful then the hammer.

"shall posses the power of Thor" when the enchantment is in place they possess his level of power. When cap wields it he can summon lightning...that's NOT one of his normal powers so it does enhance people depending on what the writer decides.

Apart from Thor himself, Is Jane Foster better at using Mjolnir in the comics compared to Eric Masterson and Beta-Ray-Bill? What would happen if they each had their own Hammer instead of using Mjolnir which belongs to Thor Odinson just like how Beta-Ray-Bill has Storm breaker? Can you do comic book origin of Marvel's Eric Masterson AKA Thunderstrike, Valkyrie, The Destroyer(Enchanted_Armor), Amora the Enchantress and Mangog
