#RECRUITMENT | As they embark on their new careers, our new student officers are eager to get out on the beat and start making a difference.
They're looking forward to building relationships with community members, fighting crime, and helping to create safer and stronger neighbourhoods.
We believe that our efforts to be an employer of choice have helped us attract and retain top talent in policing. We're proud to have reached our #Uplift target and have welcomed almost 3,000 new officers since October 2019, and we're confident that they will make valuable contributions to our force and the communities we serve.
