Hi. I studyed extensively on the Tax Liens and Deeds 5 years ago. I even went to court houses to find info on the properties. When it came down to actually trying to bid on those properties, they were no longer available. Reason being was some companies or Individuals with money would talk to owners and aquire the properties that way directly instead of going through the auction bid sales. That happened to me 8 out of 10 times. Or also Someone would over bid the price way too much. I thought I had deep pockets 😂😂😂. But i was never able to successfully buy any for about a year. So I kinda gave up on it. I am still very interested but I feel it's a long shot. I'm in California but I've tried here and Texas. So if you can advise me or help I would definitely apreciate it. Maybe might even give you a cut on the deal if possible. 😊
Hi, thanks for the comment. When you go to big sales in large cities like Los Angeles it can be competitive. Its good to go and get a lay of the land and if you go consistently the auctions work in your favor. We have really good success in smaller counties. The nice thing about everything online these days is you can do these deals remotely. That is why we like to show case the opportunity in these smaller counties. If you can buy a house for 5-10% of market value you can do the deal remotely and make great money.

In your opinion what it the easiest tax deed county in Florida? As they do everything online but everything so far appears to be over bid? have not found and over the counter purchase options in Florida.
I don't know if there are easier ones because they all follow the same rule. You can go to a higher population county because of more certificates but also face higher competition. Smaller counties have less competition. My suggestion is always, if you live in Florida, to do it in your county and surrounding areas. This is always the best option because you can drive and see the properties and conduct better research.
Yes, you can. However, each county may have different requirements for foreign investors, including payment methods. For instance, a lot of counties take cashier's checks, So, if you can arrange that might be what you need to do. It's important to research or contact the specific county where you're interested in purchasing to understand their process and any additional requirements for international investors.
Hey there! In Ohio, sheriff's offices handle tax foreclosure sales. For details, just head to the sheriff's page of the county you're eyeing. They've got all the info you need. You can also watch our playlist for Ohio for additional information.
