@@xnortheast1106Well, the scenes you got for Super Megaforce were a hackjob edit compared to what you got when you watched Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. The legendary battle was the beginning of the series.
Then, you get the Gokaiger Rangers themselves, who had a badass pirate look, which could have carried that season, but the Gokaiger powers were treated as a shitty power up for the Megaforce season...which was trash in of itself. There were so many questionable decisions made for Megaforce and Super Megaforce, that I'm surprised that Nickelodeon didn't end up killing the series after that.

@@TyranGamingYT that was because producers invited the actors merely month before they ended the shooting. So most of invited actors had little to no time to buy a ticket to New Zealand and negotiate paid stay for the time of shooting. Tzachor and rest of production just wanted to bait on nostalgia and use the sentai footage from Gokaiger 35th anniversary crossover, hence why you can see at least 3 other Tommy forms in some paused moments in that episode. Turbo Rangers being present makes no sense, except for Justin, as every other Turbo Rangers is present in another Ranger form: TJ - 2nd Red Turbo is In Space Blue and appears in person, Kat - 1st Turbo Pink is present as Zeo Pink, Cassie - 2nd Turbo Pink is present in person as In Space Pink, Tanya - 1st Turbo Yellow is present as Zeo Yellow, Ashley - 2nd Turbo Yellow is present as In Space Yellow, Adam - 1st Turbo Green is present as Zeo Green and Carlos - 2nd Turbo Green is present as In Space Black. At some shots people could even spot Sentai only Rangers which makes no sense. Magna Defender powers were fully destroyed in last episodes of Lost Galaxy. Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder powers were destroyed at ends of their seasons. SPD ARE FROM THE FUTURE.
Jonathan Tzachor was in Power Rangers for almost 20 years. He directed and produced hundreds of episodes... how could he messed it up so much.
Oh right, he did because he didn't care about the story or continuity. He cared about action and marketability of the brand. Asshole was so in love with Sentai that he didn't even care to explain why Megaforce change into Sentai-only Rangers. Megaforce/Super Megaforce had little to no writing. Characters just like in Samurai had no development. Tribute episodes were awful and piad no respect to seasons they wanted to honor (RPM one was especially gut wrenching).
It's a shame, because this crossover could be the greatest one in television history, instead it became a laughing stock. Even actors who appeared in Megaforce came to critisize writing and the whole production.

I thought it was good because it was awesome to me seeing all of them (idc what anyone says Samurai’s always gonna be the best imo) but seeing all the suits again was great but it was so annoying that they didn’t decide to give any of the actors time to come over or care about the continuity

I never even watched it but heard from a friend that there was a huge ass crossover of all old teams. I am actually happy I never got in to watch it cause the idea that all the old teams came back felt like bad fanfic more than fan service. If it was a crossover of say 3 old teams coming in to join the existing team I'd say yeah sure sounds okay so long as they have a reason with scenes showing they're coming
they basically did a butchered up version of gokaiger ang goseiger as a whole
Or at the beginning and gosei found the some new keys to help the rangers transform but this was kinda confusing how they still had there keys an still able to morph

It was just so lazy how it came to be. We could have it be epic and have these guys spread their wisdom but wow it really was dissatisfying.

Yeah, this was a wacky series. It’s basically the most controversial power rangers team to date. Why? Because it adapted two anniversary sentai series, and it was never story oriented. Only action oriented. As a result, it didn’t live up to the hype. This rangers squad had the ability to morph into any ranger in existence which was fun and all. But it was such a lazy series. They didn’t have the courtesy to remove sentai rangers that were never adapted into power rangers. Nor did they even try to explain why this is the case. The cast had the chemistry. But their scripts and directors ruined any potential for them. But they still occasionally show up at conventions to greet fans, which is wholesome

One thing I'll give them in this, during the team introductions if someone has been multiple rangers then the person will only appear once and are missing in the other team (if the role wasn't filled by another person later on.) For example Tommy was in MMPR, Zeo, and Dino Thunder, but Zeo is missing the Red Ranger and Dino Thunder is missing the Black Ranger.

I remember watching this with my older sister and dad and when everyone showed their faces, and when JDF came, my dad cried. That scene will forever be the greatest scene in all of Power Rangers. Future generations will never know what it was like to be a kid and seeing this for the first time.
