For my brother's studies at Gangtok ,I think ,during 1988 my father rented a single room, which was too costly according to that period of time . Hows the boundaries of village is decided ?? .. like we can't even cut trees in the land of other people!! And what about if population of village grows can they go and settle at any place of their choice or is it only that perticular area where one tribe is confined .. and what about the places like itanagar or seppa .. there any tribe can purchase land or can only lease the land??
Actually the house which is shown in this video is in Rebe Village and Rebe Village is where only People with their surname as Rebe lives in it so respectively everybody in our district do have their so called own village and people of other village won’t even prefer to go live in other villages so I mean to say everyone have their own and even in our own village the lands are own by different families. Yes you can’t cut trees in the land of other people. If the population of the village grows then in the olden days some families would shift to a newer place and that place too will be named as the name of their original village like we the Rebe people do have one more rebe in Seppa (headquarter) side which is named as Tungma Rebe these are those people who have migrated from ours. But nowadays with the modernisation the village population is going down as people now tends to move towards the town. In places like Seppa as it’s the headquarter to our district people from our district can only buy land (not sure about this but I haven’t seen people of other district doing this so) and Itanagar as it’s the capital of Arunachal people from all over Arunachal can own land there

I mean in that sense people of tribal areas own unlimited resources and they are hell lot of rich.. for example if I want to install any industrial unit or if I want to construct shops hotels then I can build it at any place of my choice ... In our place if a person cut tree from forest area or kill any animal he is liable for imprisonment

Actually we've different kind of clans and each clans has different tribes and each tribes has different surname and each surname has it's own Villages and every villages got it's society! So ultimately villagers can use any kind of resources they want..no prohibition but prohibited for govt! So ultimately since u would b an outsider u won't b able to settle there unless u are the member of that village!
