I really enjoyed watching this. I do appreciate this family holding onto as much of the history as possible. I adore the rustic look. The genuine smiles on the children's face at the end was priceless!! It was a look of real happiness.

Watching the children help out brought me joy, as they are learning that sometimes older (in this case a house) is better than new, and that with a little love and hard work the fruits of their labor is the sweetest reward ever. Beautiful job!

That’s the problem. We give up on everything here. We want everything instant, right away, disposable culture. And it extends to people too. We’re so focused on individual success we forget about community and family. We value youth, physical beauty, and the almighty dollar. Nothing else. We don’t value our elderly or anything deemed “old“. Sad.
