How do you deactivate it so that it doesn't come out anymore?
I don’t know why people are mad when people use cheats. I bought the game and I decorated and terraformed my island lmfao no cheats there but I’m not going out to look for flowers LOL I’m not doing it. So I cheated them in and other things I lost from my non cheat game. Seems silly people complain about how I spend my money on a game and cheat the comments below are funny. You go grind out 3k grass seed tell me how fun that is when you work and are a adult. Lol. I love the cheats. Cool video on educated people though! It’s a game changer for people who love to decorate haha
It’s personal preference, last time I ever used a cheat was playing The Sims back in like 2000. I personally find the enjoyment in unlocking game rewards especially if I’ve had to grind for them. It’s prob a generational thing too maybe, I’ve been gaming since the 80s and was never looking for the easy way all the time.

This in my mind makes the game pointless.
I thought that the skull mask was expensive because it could be a protection against those damn bats... Alas, it doesn't.
It is almost similar to creator option on minecraft.. I think it's just preference.. if you like creating, this will come very handy.. but you can still have the option of actually not using the cheat on..

To turn off commands, you must open the chat window and type devCommandsOff." I just did a test using the cheat to get a new milestone. With it on I got a milestone, with it off, the text went out as a chat bubble. Hope this helps.

It’s not like you’re finding a “cheat”/server/whatever to download the game illegally lmao. Like if someone pays for the game why do you care how someone ELSE wants to play their game file? So silly to worry about such things! For me personally I don’t like using mods or cheats other than mods like qol stuff like pulling from chests to craft etc. but I think I used this cheat method once or twice when I was really annoyed because I kept dying in the mines (because I SUCK 😂) and I was wanted to get a jackhammer from Franklyn to be quicker. I did everything on my own but couldn’t find iron ore above ground anywhere I mined it all and need like 2 more bars I think. So I used it to get 10 iron ores to smelt. Could I have waited until iron ores regenerated on my map? SURE! But why should I have to? Because I’m “lazy”😂 no! Because who cares what I do in MY game file. You don’t get a special prize for playing the vanilla version. I mean pride and ego boost I guess but I game to have fun soo im not concerned about what others think and it’s so funny how people get so angry about mods and cheats. I’ll never get it but to each their own!

Want a duplication glitch..
Plant a cactus for example and then keep on digging it up with the spade, this will keep on planting it and then throw out a seed..
PS: when it health hits zero a copy of the seed will spit out on the ground btw and replant the cactus..

i will recommend to start a fresh new save file if you wanna do it as it will ruin the game. only use this mode if you just wanna do a sandbox building and terraforming game and not to worry about the dinks

Didn’t work for me either, and I can’t find another button to bring up a menu like he shows
First u need to turn on cheats....
To do that so
Press enter and type devCommandsOn (c and o are capital) and enter
Then press enter again and type cheatsOn ( o capital) and enter
Thereafter u can access the = key

I have a question....I did alot of house deed how can I remove them from my save?
If they are a physical item, just toss them in to the recycle bin you get from John. They will poof when it resets. If they are not a physical deed, I have no freakin' clue, lol. GL

instead of doing devCommandsOn just put devcommandsOff
