Gross, but vaguely satisfying to watch ! :} I'm leaving the Xterra family because I need something more commute friendly, so I've traded in at the dealership. There is a post it stuck in the user manual, from me, to the new owner, telling them to check out your channel. I hope they find their way here.

Wow Ben that's really nice of you! I appreciate it. 👍🏻🤘🏻I hope you stick around the second channel for some all around automotive silliness. I promise to be nice to the new owner and I hope you enjoy your new ride! Let me know what you get.

It’s like one of those foreign restoration videos.

YES! I am so glad you said that. That’s what I was going for with this video. Just messing around, having fun, and trying new stuff. Turns out videos are WAYYY easier to make when you don’t talk. LOL

This was either a desert competition runner or a beach runner. Too much sand

It’s been unreal. It’s kind of insane but I wish I had started weighing it when I started removing it. It’s impractical but I would be really interested in how much sand came off this thing. After cleaning just these two parts I had about 5 pounds of sand. I have 5 other parts just like this and you saw when I was working on the EVAP canister. I had multiple pounds easy that day. I’m gunna guess that theres like 25-30 lbs of sand in this thing. LOL
