But some of story made me sooo mad because when his ex girl's younger sister went to the hospital, Yano ran to her and left nana. But in the end Yano and nana got married so that's good ❤️

Actually there are three words here: Suki = to like Da = informal conjugated form of desu Kara = because But I think when the translators put "after all" in the title it was because they were translating the last phrase of the song "zettai suki dakara" because "zettai" means "absolutely," "definitely," or -- you guessed it -- "after all"! I had this melody in my head and i tried so hard to remember where do i know it from finally found it:) this anime broke so mamy hearts in so many scenes im happy that in the first time of my life i decided to actually read the manga after the anime ends even tho i could never get used to the blackand white i still very satisfied with the ending!fixed almost everything for me :)
