My experience so far, 2/3 of matches with AFKs, sometimes 3 in a single match. Not really fun.

Heroes aren't made equal in any game, but this game goes even further. Some heroes are just simply better on the map, with the portals, mobility, damage, crowd control, rotation, etc. It's an unbalanced mess and not in the usual, still fun to play MOBA way

I'm having a ton of fun playing the game, but I agree that balancing needs more work.
Like any live service game, balancing is going to be an ongoing process.
