Such a wonderful gift to brighten someone’s day. I participate in the Angel Card Project and as I’m watching this I’m thinking they would make great inserts for the cards I send out. Many of the recipients are in care homes or have limited social connections, I’m certain a piece of art would brighten their day.
Your little cards are lovely and such a nice idea. I make little smile books with funny images I find around the internet, but they are quite labour intensive so I only give them to people I care about. I think I will make these cards with a single image to give out as you are. Thank you for the idea
Anne you know what I’ve been doing for years 😊 I take old books and from the tex I create poems, quotes and sayings 😃 It not be every one’s forte. But I so love making them and plugging them into my journals
Great little cards! I made some random tags a few years ago with intention of putting them on windshields to brighten someone’s day but I never got around to doing it. I think I chickened out. Lol
This is a great idea. Everyone needs joy in there life. Leaving them anonymous makes it even better. Thank you for the great idea. I am going to try this.
How fantastic, love this idea. I remember another TH-camr who did little crocheted rainbow colored worms with googlie eyes and doing the same thing. Just bringing a little bit of joy. Thank you Anne. Blessings 🤗🍂
I really like the Vellum in between. We have ladies come into HL with crochet and knitted little bugs, animals, and flowers and put them in the yarn slots with a note attached. It always makes me smile.❤
I hope you had a marvelous Thanksgiving Day. We are celebrating today due to work schedules. These little bits of art are fun and great to spread good feelings, which everyone can always use. This week some paper crafting buddies and I are getting together to create large gift tags that double as ornaments too. Blessings be showered 🙏 on those who find your little bits of art. 😊❤ I may just need to make some works of art too.😁🎉
Hello! 👋 Your master board is beautiful. The little bit of gesso and the red squares really pull it together. The cards are sooo sweet. I will make some soon. Wonderful video. Beautiful art. ❤❤❤
Thanks, Liz! I thought my dear anonymous neighbor had such a great idea, and I was really eager to share it with you. Have fun with yours, I know you will!
Hi, Fran! I've not done any master board videos - but perhaps on a slow winter day ahead, I will do so! I do enjoy watching other people (like Ceri the Crafter) do his from time to time, so maybe I should put that on my list. Thanks for watching!

Thanks, Lynda! I was so charmed by the piece I found, and have enjoyed it so, so much. I just had to do it, too!
I love this idea. A couple times I've made small note books ant left them in coffee shops with a note that I made them for the finder.

Were you a teacher before retiring
Hi, Diane! I'm a writer by trade, and worked in corporate communications - but after I retired, I did teach at Portland State for eight years.
