Thank you, you are right. The description is amended to note this. AFAIK the airport is on the site of the Japanese airfield of the time, and is definitely not on the Tokaido Road. It was indeed the subject of an American assault, just not this one.

tanza might be the wrong road? as the japanese held a defense and put up a fight on guimabalaon on the other side further near the modern day airport.
