Oh what a pasta dish! Smokey peated Scotch whisky and smoked salmon, OMG,I love it! You are the only one other woman I know who understands this delicious combination. You are The Queen, thank you so much🎉🎉🎉
Too many recipes too little time to try, I'll get there eventually :) On an unrelated note, I'd never imagine my heart melting away whenever I hear the word "ingredients" 😉
@@vnokesCO. “Pasta al Tonno” (Pasta with tuna) here in Italy is a classic dish for quick cooking, also the “classic student dish”. Add a couple of capers to the pan, an anchovy to melt in the oil, and some chopped olives, of course some hot chili pepper as well. 😊

I have been watching your videos for a while, and I have noticed that you began using the word bonissima which is used for quite a while by another Italian chef called Yacub.
Have you really never heard of “Pasta al Salmone” (salmon pasta) ? It is another classic of Italian cuisine. Try it and then see what you've been missing ! We in Italy also make this dish with fresh salmon, but obviously with smoked salmon it acquires an extra flavor.

This dish is best known with the pasta type "Penne". In all good Italian restaurants, the famous “Penne al Salmone”. Both that dish and her whole persona are fire!
Smoked salmon and pasta? Ok, I'm listening...

I personally hate whisky, but maybe in the dish it’s good🤷♀️
Everything that she makes is gorgeous,
or minimum very interesting…🫠👍
Can u use fresh salmon??
You look beautiful in pink dress ❤
What are those little red beads that she sprinkled on top?
Omg the peppercorns are what’s really selling it to me for some reason haha
I make pasta with tuna minus the whiskeyand seasoned Italian bread crumbs instead of cheese.
I don't like salmon, so I'd probably sub tuna myself. Good to know it'd work, thanks 😊

Schönes Kleid ! 👗 👌🏻
I thought Italians NEVER paired fish with cheese.
I hate the taste of hard liquor, but the smoked salmon and everything else sounds great!
Where can we get the recipe please?
Por favor , podrías hacer algo sin queso ? Es agotador que todo lleve lácteos
This is Italian food. There is cheese. A lot of cheese. All the time.
Es una comida sin variedad ,no me interesa
C'est surtout que la viande et le poisson ne se digèrent pas bien à cause du fromage
What is the shape of that pasta?
Perfection 😍 MasterC 👍🏻 … PO 9/10🌶
Wait. I thought in Italia you're not supposed to put cheese in seafood pasta... How is this possible? Dam looks delicious though, and I'm all for it 😂
You are right. She is not reliable, just a way to get clicked
As Italian I agree, but she's very reliable in general, very good and authentic recipes.
She is speaking in general and this maybe is an exception.
My guess is since Smoked Salmon is so bold and not a dainty fresh fish, it won't get drowned out by cheese. 🤷
Ok the pasta looks nice but where’s the outfit from tho?
Hips don’t lie.. my goodness
Merci
Watching this at 2am is not healthy!😢
Why cheese on fish?
I thought fish and cheese aren’t supposed be together.
What are the red things sprinkled on top?
Might be pink peppercorns.
@@miffedcuttlefish6139Yes, I believe you are correct
💯
I remember that Vodka sauce.
🔥🔥🔥
What is for Dessert, Bella?
I have pink peppermint ice cream slathered in chocolate, if you wanna give me a Jingle 😘🍧❤... just like you are🎉💋🤗💕
erano le penne alla vodka in voga nei mitici anni 80! ❤

I can't judge. But never heard of salmon and pasta going together.

Now you have. Listen to it again and you will have heard it twice.
@aris1956 No, never. Usually, when I hear salmon, it's usually paired with rice. But pasta no.
