I moved here to the DC area from NYC and let me tell you, anytime someone tells you that about black excellence, just know that's it's a bunch of people who are seemingly successful trying to attain a status that they inevitably become a slave to and use as a "flex". Attention is a form of currency and a lot of people out here will do anything to get it. The place is laden with friction and unreported crime amongst people of the same cultural background. If you are to come here, find a decent job to live a decent life and if you're business-oriented start a legitimate business with the right connections.
