    ఇంకొక చిట్కా కూడా చేయ వచ్చు అండి. ఎవరి దగ్గర అయినా స్వెట్టర్ లేదా వూల్ తో చేసిన ఏదయినా క్లాత్ ని గిన్నె కి చుట్టినా, పిండి పొంగుతుంది అండి.

    Good method, but you can try keeping in casseroles ie hot case which is normally used for keeping food hot. Fermentation process is faster in a hot case, you can even try setting curd in a hot case during winters

    One suggestion is that please don't use same water that was used to soak dal as it contains some nutrients inhibitors known as phytic acids released during the process of soaking...!!

    Lot of people recommend to add salt after grinding especially during winters for better fermentation. Have you tried adding salt before fermentation?

      I cup urad dal and 2 cups of jowar rava.separately,wash the urad dal and wash the jowar rava ..soak urad dal and jowar rava separately for 6to 8 hrs..grind the urad dal and add the jowar rava in it.ferment the batter .
