    Yes, we are trapped in black and white, because it's a reality of our existence. Ethiopian has never been colonized, so they see us from the outside. Never the less, we have build a country and able to fight for an existence in a hostel land. We have done more with no resources, than a lot of African countries that have all the resources. Not trying to place shade on anyone, but I'm waiting to hear something positive about us, rather than criticism all the time, we have to fight for everything.

      We as US slave descendants have accomplished, achieved, and contributed more to the world in the past 400 years than anyone in human history. And we did it while living through 250+ of slavery and 96+ of Jim Crow. Jim Crow was alive and kicking real hard right up until the late 70s. So YES FBA, BE PROUD. Black people are quick to jump on the bandwagon with these no essential people when they spew their nonsense about not seeing color. If it wasn't for the BLACK former Tuskegee Airmen, Ethiopian would have been colonized by Italy in 1935. Yeah BLACK AMERICAN MEN saved their no color seeing azzes

      I don't know if that's true because in the mid1800 Ethiopian started coming here. That is when we had our mulatto race in America right after slavery. Ethiopians and Creoles were some of the blacks in this country that wanted to be considered non-black. Those guys have been confused for a very long time it seems. They wanted to be above the darker-skinned Africans which mean they wanted to be considered mulatto. Mulattos in this country realize that white people would never accept them as one. Therefore, they have no choice but to join the black race in order to get any civil rights because that's what they were considered by white America. The mulattos where the ones that came up with that brown paper bag Theory that black universities use to adhere to. Look up the video I think it's the mulattos in America something like that.

    That's one man's perspective in Ethiopia. The world is trapped in colorism to varying degrees. America stands out as the one to emphasize it the MOST. And hey, if the land of Israel is in Ethiopia and is the origin of man, which I've heard on various occasions, then that's great. But if that is the case, we have to make sense of biblical prophecy... basically, a lot of things in the bible would need to be questioned. I do hold to the idea that there's more to the story of life than what we are being told. But again, that brings a lot of questions if the land of Israel is in Ethiopia (I've seen maps as well revealing it so don't @ me thinking I don't know these things). Lol

    You have to understand what they are not saying. I had to learn this when I went to Turkey. It is your lineage that reigns Supreme. There were so many Turks of varying colors and ethnicities, but they separated down the line of lineage which is way more dangerous than color. We must go deeper than ther surface of skin color and understand, that we are divided down the line of lineage in the USA as well. When we as a people allow the oppressor to relegate our people to just a color by arguing the obvious we prove their point. Who is your father, grandfather, etc. Most of the Caucasian ethnicity don't know their lineage, and you can be sure they don't want you to know yours. Hence why they delineate down the life of superficial identifiers that tie back to knowhere. In Ethiopia, they can tell which region you come from or identify with by the structure of your face.

      When you are called by your father's and mothers names(nation or tribe), it ties to land, culture, heritage, inheritance, commerce, unity, commonality, standards, etc.
      Black is an English word that means pale, dead, to set to fire and is an adjective that describes, but not defines a free national character with national identity and standards.
      When you define Africans/ Asiatics through a European psychology, you limit yourself to another's cultural point of view of you, subject to the abuses and limitations that comes with it. Universal Declaration of human rights in Geneva, everyone has a right to a nationality or to change their nationality and not be subjected as stateless or nationless people (refugees in their own land). This is an extreme example of the archetypal black racial chauvinism. The interviewer has a racial hung up to convince the Ethiopian fellow to think along racial solidarity based on his experience in America. The problem is that the Ethiopians like Persians, Turnish, Haitians, Japanesse have a psychology of "Imperial Race". Partly, Ethiopians also beat the White European bare hands and barefeet the Italians in 1896 to the horror of Great Britain, Germany and French. Quite apart from this, they are Christians since 4 centuries and also the only Muslims who weren't converted by the flaming sword unlike other Arab countries. One can take as illustrious the example of Osman Dad Fodio of Fulani/Haussa, Muhammad Ahmed Abdullehe "Alkhalifa" and Menelik II are all inspiring people during The Scramble for Africa. Ultimately, no race was superior to them despite the technological advancement of Western Europeans. Please don't project your racial experience in the US ghettos on another country with no similar background. Think of the Algerians, Moroccans, Tunisians who lived in abject ghettos in France, they don't project their experiences on Yemenis, Jordanians, omanis, Libyans.
    In today's world race nor religious based solidarity doesn't lead nowhere except into the dark abyss.

      Fully understand the psychology behind the statements!
      If Ethiopians truly own and control Ethiopia then it will be measurable via several metrics such as the following;
      1. The number of Ethiopian-owned businesses in every industrial sector
      2. The number of Ethiopians who own related businesses along the supply chain (vertical integration)
      2. The prevalence or absence of poverty among Ethiopians
      3. The per capita gdp of Ethiopians relative to non-Ethiopians in Ethiopia
      4. Etc. etc.
      What occurs is that there are non-Ethiopians who more than likely control the bulk of the wealth! Similar to South Africa, the Francophone countries, Namibia, etc. etc.
      So, when/if there is a Black person who have experienced racism in America seeks to unify with Africa and the Diaspora, this is a threat to the status quo!
      Fully understand the notion of divide and conquer!

So if TMH in the beginning took dirt from the earth and formed man/woman and breathed into their nostrils and made them, then what color was the ground in the beginning? Does the word of YAH even matters when the people of the Word described the hue of their skins? So, why would one say that a hundred years later if their great-grandchildren painted a portrait of them in a palm hue didn't matter? 🤔🤔🤔? What color is the ground's dirt today? The Good News is that TMH is slowly(In His Time), restoring it back to its rightful owners, (Yahshar'el). Praise YAH! 💃💃💃💃💃Mercy & Grace. Not sure about Maccabees 3:48, but one thing is for certain is, there's a great falling away from the word of TMH or I might dig deeper and ask the question: were they ever close to Him in the first place? You tell me about 1 Maccabees 3:48. When I listen to some of these so-called believers, I see a lot of cowards, not warriors. John 6:51 I am (*"the living bread which came down from heaven"*): if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. There is no such thing as a white person nor black person. The sheep of Jacob are brown; *Genesis 30:32. Only YAH's Ruach can give us eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart to perceive His Holy Word.
