Hi! I just purhcased this fride but noticed that it is missing the side panel for the Smarthing temperature control for the Flex drawer. And I see that your's does not have it either, but according to their website it should come with it and I also see people's video showing it, do you have any idea?:)
It depends on the model I show clips of my 4-door flex that has the flex Crisper in parts. But my 4-door FrenchDoor does not have the flex Crisper. It just depends on what variant and model numbers. The new family hub + is it possible to buy the upgraded door ? Say someone broke the door with the new screen can I order a complete door ?

So just to be clear because the wording is the app is a little confusing. I want the toggle turned to the right to turn the demand settings offâĶ right?
The switch toggled Right is on. Toggled left is off.
Demand response is why everyone is complaining about not being able to maintain 34 degrees ð

So I found your channel by your answer to someone in the Samsung Forums I repasted below. Can you just confirm that the CRISPER+ drawer on the left side of my bespoke beverage center fridge which has the flex drawer indeed has no rubber full sealing like typical past crisper drawers had? There is a gap at the top of the drawer when the crisper+ drawer is installed and closed but your comment suggests another method that Samsung took to maintain the humidity in the drawer.

Yes so the French door Flex is different the drawers themself are not crisper drawers they each have a vent that comes from the top back over the drawer but there is no adjusting them they are self-controlled I cover all the settings features and detail of your unit on my TH-cam channel
Thank you for watching. I need to know you model number to verify your features of your refrigerator. If you have a Crisper plus drawer it will say it on the front of the drawer typically. Here is my Samsung video folder with a few different models

The Bespoke line is crap. My 4-Door Flex is less than two-years old and it now doesn't cool and needs a complete sealed system replacement. Stay away from Samsung!
Sorry to hear. Thank God Samsung has a 5 year parts and labor sealed system warranty ð hopefully you get it up and running soon ð
