Hi! I just purhcased this fride but noticed that it is missing the side panel for the Smarthing temperature control for the Flex drawer. And I see that your's does not have it either, but according to their website it should come with it and I also see people's video showing it, do you have any idea?:)
It depends on the model I show clips of my 4-door flex that has the flex Crisper in parts. But my 4-door FrenchDoor does not have the flex Crisper. It just depends on what variant and model numbers. It's gets extremely hot outside and in the garage and still mo issues. The only complaint is the plastic dividers in the middle drawer all cracked from going from freezing to drink settings. So just to be clear because the wording is the app is a little confusing. I want the toggle turned to the right to turn the demand settings off… right?
@@MSRWorkshopit has to be toggled to the right! And not on the left like in the video. It’s called peak demand off override. So in order for peak demand off to be override (meaning having ur fridge at full power all the time) you need this to be toggled ON.
@Mvp16393 The primary function of the Peak Demand feature is to monitor energy prices and demand information from your utility company. It then sends notifications to the refrigerator to run high energy-consuming tasks during off-peak times when electricity costs and demands are lower. So, in order for you to have maximum power 24 hours a day, the switch must be off. That means switching to the left. Hope this helps 😉
So I found your channel by your answer to someone in the Samsung Forums I repasted below. Can you just confirm that the CRISPER+ drawer on the left side of my bespoke beverage center fridge which has the flex drawer indeed has no rubber full sealing like typical past crisper drawers had? There is a gap at the top of the drawer when the crisper+ drawer is installed and closed but your comment suggests another method that Samsung took to maintain the humidity in the drawer. The Bespoke line is crap. My 4-Door Flex is less than two-years old and it now doesn't cool and needs a complete sealed system replacement. Stay away from Samsung!

The new family hub + is it possible to buy the upgraded door ? Say someone broke the door with the new screen can I order a complete door ?
