The hardest thing I have found with the trembling technique that Riccardo and Mangini use is going from using the wrists to wrists and fingers. I am having an awful time transitioning while playing.

Just started taking finger technique seriously. Your content has helped me a lot. I’m practicing at 115-120 bpm rn and I think it’s going well, my left hand struggles a little bit at 120. Maybe I’ll hit 160 one day. That’s wild. Great stuff.

The secret is relaxing the wrist and fingers, after that it's so easy to play. Just make sure you warm up so your forearms don't cramp because it's more of a fast twitching motion than a stroke
