Chiesa di Sant'Alessandro in Agros | Villongo | BG

Si trova in posizione dominante, su una leggera altura. La Chiesa primitiva, di proporzioni più ridotte rispetto all’attuale, ha origini antiche. Fino al XV secolo è stata sicuramente parrocchiale, almeno fino alla costruzione della chiesa della SS. Trinità nel centro del paese.
L’edificio si presenta ad aula unica rettangolare e con tetto a capanna, in legno a vista senza decorazioni; all’interno l’aula è scandita in tre campate da archi a sesto acuto. Nel XVI secolo fu costruito il campanile. Al Settecento si fa risalire la creazione di un locale a pianta quadrata
