How to pray the rosary using a one decade Rosary Wristband
1). Starting from the crucifix, make the Sign of the Cross then say the Apostles’ Creed. 2). Use the 1st large bead to say the Our Father Prayer. 3). Say the Hail Mary on each of the next three connected beads. After the last Hail Mary, recite the Glory Be Prayer. 4). Use the 2nd large bead to reflect on the selected Mystery, then say the Our Father Prayer. 5). Say the Hail Mary on each of the next 10 connected beads, followed by one Glory Be Prayer. 6). From the Communion of Saints logo, recite the Fatima Prayer.
To pray additional decades, repeat steps 4-6. At the end of the final decade, recite the Hail Holy Queen prayer, then conclude with the Sign of the Cross.

As a practicing Catholic you have power. We are in a war so need to arm ourselves. Say protection prayers from Fr. Ripperger and also bind the spirit of anxiety & depression. Say this: In the name of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, I bind you spirit of anxiety and protection and send you to the foot of the cross where Jesus will deal with you. Then say the St. Michael prayer. I pray this helps you. God bless you.
