Looks amazing! I contemplated the salmon bake but I decided to book the Mendenhall Lake Kayak Adventure this summer. Were you able to store your backpacks in the kayak?
If I remember correctly, they provided huge totes to put our personal belongings and locked them up in a trailer. Definitely, request the rain gear (both the jacket and the pants). We were sopping wet at the beginning of the trip due to the paddle splashes. I was so jealous of the people with the rain gear on.
