Children at Play Butetown Cardiff 1962

From my own personal archive, a restored 16mm film reel, photographed in 1962 at Loudon Square, Butetown, Cardiff. Due to impending redevelopment of two blocks of high rise flats, the playground was removed so the kids had to make their own fun. Now 60 years later. the area has been improved again with new shops, cultural centre and film workshops.
