It can be done on both ps and xbox. You can do it by going to the ark survival ascended settings, then to advanced, then turn on the admin commands. Then, once you join the game, and if you go to the options, it should show on the bottom left, and it should say something like "admin commands". The button to get to the admin command ui should show next to the words "admin commands", bc it does on ps5. I would think that it would show on Xbox, but I don't know bc I don't use an Xbox.
