Nice work! Gotta love line work days with beautiful weather. Question: Have you ever removed a bullwheel liner for a Doppelmayr detach? We have a Dopplemary/CTEC 2012 Uni-G that needs replaced and have been brainstorming the best way to do so. Love the videos as a fellow lift mechanic, very insightful and cool to see other designs!
I have not done a bullwheel liner on a Doppelmayr before. I have done a few on BM’s and Poma’s and believe the Doppelmayr is similar as it’s a press fit. When I did it on the Poma we pried out the old and installed the new on the uphill side of the terminal so we didn’t have to remove the haul rope. I recall it being a bit of a pain but not to bad. Please reach out with any other questions and best of luck.
I worked for Doppelmayr in the production line and for me it’s really nice to see how much love and care you still spend to the lift after many years.
They’re like any piece of machinery, you look after them and they’ll look after you ;)
Love me a nice doppelmayr.
Great video !
Can you do a video on how you "secure" your lift for summer (chairs position, grounding etc) :)
Can do and thanks for watching

Nice tidy lift - hard to beat a Doppelmayr!!
That it is!
Would you mind do a start up video on this lift? :D Would be cool
I promise I will, we have a temperamental sensor that is giving us grief during startup, once repaired I’ll get a video up.
My dream job!
It’s pretty awesome.
