Today we continue our community video series by sharing about the new Avila neighborhood located in Tesoro Highlands of Valencia, CA. This new community is situated just north of the popular Tesoro Del Valle community and a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Built by Lennar, the traditional two-story homes in Avila are available in 3 different models sized from approximately 3,897 to 4,527 square feet. Each home comes with four or five bedrooms, three and a half to five and a half bathrooms, a bonus room, California room and a 3 bay tandem garage. Additionally, each home has a front and back yard. We love the simple fact that the Avila homes come with yards. Why? Because other new housing developments are building more detached homes with very small patios only, some with no front yard whatsoever.
The home interiors are quite nice, with open floor plans and include most of what one might expect in brand new homes built during this time period.
