I couldn’t help but giggle watching you untangle the yarn from the handles of your bag because that happens to me all the time! Love your podcast - I’m always up at 4:00 am here in Delaware.
The sweater is so lovely and looks cozy. No wonder you smile whenever you knit on it. The Coorie In Poncho is in my list of 12 cast ons. I'm really looking forward to having it to snuggle in on cold winter days.
Hi Ann, great podcast, as always 😀. For your new sweater, I would choose the third one. I love cables and it looks very cozy. As for gift knits, I do include the care instructions and then consider it out of my hands. Happy Holidays from Susannah in Vermont
Another great podcast. The craft"wo"manship of the bags looks A+! I think that I would go for a stressfree Christmas and opt for the Antique Filigree. Love the idea of using your stash too. Having said this absolutely love the neck of the 3rd option, I, personally would knit a shorter version of it - just a question of taste so even quicker!
Another fab episode, in terms of what to knit - do which calls to you the most (or cast on both!). My Christmas Eve cast on is going to be the Antipodes shawlette by Libby Jonson.
I vote for the Rachel Illsley. I knit her Bridgerton, and I love it! I have 4 or 5 patterns that are contenders for a Christmas cast-on....I don't know how I'm going to choose 😒
your Lowtide is beautiful Anne. If I had to choose it would be the Antique Filigree. Ill be casting on Villa Marie by Jennifer Beale on xmas eve. Wish me luck and looking forward to seeing what you decide to do on xmas eve. Take care my friend.
Canada is so lucky to have Trudeau as pm. (Not). Labor strike at xmas..labor train strike here The unions running countries and blaming. Canada is so expensive for international postage. Labor politics have become an embarrassment in the west. I can't buy any of the beautiful Canadian wool any more. Its sad when the postage is double the wool skein cost.

Lol!!! Happens to me every time! It’s like there’s yarn gremlins! 🧶

It's a great pattern to snuggle up in! 🧶 You can’t go wrong with an Amy Palko pattern!!!

I would choose the antique filigree pattern. It's on my knit list as well.
I’m thinking about it too! It’s just so pretty! 😊
Very pretty 'Low Tide' sweater. I may have to do one of those.
It’s a great pattern! Would love to see yours if you cast it on!

It’s soooo hard to pick!!!
I vote Antique Filigree
Seems to be the #1 pick so far! 🧶
