The Xbox and PlayStation can do mild RT its the status quo now, at a certain point you just gotta upgrade from your GTX 970 lad...
I mean im getting 30 fps in certain areas on a rtx 4080 in 1440p everything maxed so I would not say its optimized. Starfield never dipped under 45 with everything maxed for me. So this game is basically ad unoptimzed as starfield

I think this game insanely demanding not because optimization issues like starlag, forsebroken ,etc, but because level design which is nearly all the area in this game is vegetation area which is notorios for being fps destroyer in 99% aaa games out there, i think only on sons of the forest where vegetation area is not super demanding, idk what magic does the developer did

Rumors are ps5 pro will have this (similar) gpu in it. And this game is perfectly optimized for ps5 and PC as well as perfect candidate to predict ps5 pro performance.
Not bad but it's a shame that FSR3 is pretty much required for 60+fps experience regardless the settings. I hate this new trend where developers just put DLSS and FSR in their games and call it a day when it comes to optimisation. But this is an Ubisoft game so maybe I expected too much.
I'd appreciate you use a RYZEN CPU when testing an AMD Card, the boost in performance with SAM is significant in some games, not all of them of course, I know Intel can use RE-Bar but with an AMD Cpu it would be more optimal. In some games I'm getting more fps than you, it's not a great difference but the difference is there.

The power draw seems awfully low for a 6700 XT. I've heard the 6000 series AMD cards have a bug where they don't show the correct power draw in overlay software but I thought that would have been fixed by now.
@@evilleader1991no. What you can see in AB with rx 6000 about pwr consumption isn't right. Check it out on techpowerup's review of this card how it consume, are way higher because it's a bug of AB that show only GPU draw and not total board power

I was expecting the 6700XT to be closer, or maybe slightly better than the 3060Ti here. But the 3060Ti seems to give about 10% better performance in this one.
Its because the game has software bound raytracing and u cant turn it off. So there will always be light raytracing. In pure rastorization the 6700XT obviously beats the 3060.

Between a 24-inch monitor with 1080p and a 27-inch monitor with 1440p, you can notice an increase in sharpness/detail, but you can’t say that it’s a night and day difference. You’re giving people the wrong idea about the difference. (It’s not as dramatic/big as you make it out to be) I have two monitors: one with 24” 1080p 144Hz, and the other with 27” 1440p 240Hz. And I’m not the only one who thinks that. If you ask an honest owner of such a monitor, you will get an answer similar to mine. 1080p on a native 24-inch monitor looks very acceptable; it’s pretty far from being blurry or ugly. try this : core freq = 2600 voltage = 1090 mem freq = max you can power limit = minimum you can with that i never exceed 80C on junction temp with my fan curve maxed at 25% and no performances looses, i have a saphirre 6700XT nitro+
I notice shimmering in this game regardless of whether I'm using FSR3 or TAA. Its really bad when you drop the settings to Low. I don't know if it's an AMD thing or if the game just has a shit ton of shimmering because it's RT effects are enabled by default. I'm running it on the 7900XT.

Somehow avatar frontier's of pandora runs better than this. I mean if game dev's are expecting us to use FG and upscaling, then at least include FSR 3.1 FG so people can use FSR FG + DLSS/XESS upscaling. Do that at the least if you're not going to bother with optimizing these games.
I was really thinking that rx6700xt will give better performance or atleast similar performance to 3060ti given both the cards are equally matched in most games and this is an amd title but to my suprise 3060ti is way faster in this title getting 5 to 10 fps more in every setting. Same happened in mirage but things changed after the driver update where new driver added more performance but they already released new driver for this game specifically stii this much difference 😢 ,(sad rx6700xt owner)

the difference in frame rate between 4k high fsr 3 ultra FG and 4k medium is crazy. 70fps vs 20 and the graphics arent bad at all

6000 series were more power efficient than their 3000 series counterpart
Not fixed unfortunately, it fooled me when I got the card... But it consumes around 50W more than what's shown on the OSD
the 6000 series only show the gpu chip power not the the whole tdp the power consumption should be around 220w for the 6700XT !
