Pressurize that engine room with some HEPA's to reduce particle generation. Install either returns in the room or just some dampers to regulate the pressure. You don't need much pressure to keep the room clean and if you install returns from the room back to the blower/fan, you can increase air turns and reduce total particle count.

There are a few states that don’t even require permits and I’m sure some states do not allow it at all.

We have 1 in our 10,000 sq ft diesel shop and it moves some air! We were in the process of buying two, but one does the trip, and as a bonus, super quiet!
Add solar panels to the roof of the shop. It will cool the tin on top thus cooling the interior and supply all the power to run most of the housekeeping loads in your shop. And putting power back on the grid. I used SEM Power out of tampa with a 10k, 34 panel system. You should use more.. My power bill is min of $9.00 a month due to the monitoring cell system so far of $14.00 max. The air space between the roof and the bottom of the solar array provide an air gap that cools the roof keep the interior so much cooler.

Agree, hub dyno much better and hub dynos can do full quarter mile pulls through the gears when setting up cars, rather than just 4th gear pull to redline. Spray foam the entire interior structure then spray white paint. It would heavily insulate the building and make a future air conditioning possible. Also brighten it up a ton.

The little room that they added on in the big old shop you should put a Dyno and a hub Dyno on it since it is open and you don't have to open the door for exhaust
You could call the place “the launch pad”. Youve got enough room out there to build a launch pad for the drag cars. A decent concrete pad to test the 60 foots. Plus youre firing off all of your rockets from there anyway.
Which usually means stand out there with a tin in your hand and look in the engine bay for an hour "planning" what you're going to do, then have another tin and do something totally unrelated to what you're SUPPOSED to be doing, and then 3 hours later go back inside a little tipsy and no closer to finishing your project.
@@timdottillis0420 and when a mate messages and says "keen for a few tins" that just means more company in the shed to talk shit and less work gets done!

@@ngcolby you can, got to move everything out first though. Like I said it'd take them probably 10 years before they'd have to worry about it getting that grimey.
They make sheet metal panels just for interior coverage. It also creates a large air gap by going over the wall girts. The air gap helps by over 60% if you decide to air condition in the future. Also since it’s coated it’s easy to clean. It will help lighten the place up if you go with a light color.

Pressurize that engine room with some HEPA's to reduce particle generation. Install either returns in the room or just some dampers to regulate the pressure. You don't need much pressure to keep the room clean and if you install returns from the room back to the blower/fan, you can increase air turns and reduce total particle count.
this deserves more likes, very important for a clean room
My brother is a carpenter and he got an old buzzer and an old thickness planer decades ago and they weigh 'half a ton' just about and will last forever. Old stuff is made to last!
Dig a pond and put a big ol' gator in there. You have to, as Florida men.
Gators are a federally protected species. You can go to prison for messing with one.
@@bepbep7418 have you ever seen the show swamp people lol
@@bepbep7418 I had one as a pet for 9 years. It depends on your specific state but most importantly your local laws. The state can say it’s legal but your city can say it’s not. In Indiana it was legal for me to own one unrestricted until it reached a length of 5 feet then you need a permit. There are a few states that don’t even require permits and I’m sure some states do not allow it at all.
already has a pond up by the street (assuming he got that parcel too, which he would have had to gotten to have another building and be at 10 acres of land).
@@supermilsimdude3259 I grew up in Florida.... Trust me it's illegal.
Hopefully you guys are using “Big Ass Fans” in the new shop! We have multiple units across all of our manufacturing buildings at work and they are sick!
Big Ass fans are badass!
They don't lie when they say big. I love them.
@@matttaylor3641 no doubt! Game changer for sure!
Big Ass Fans are the best. USA made!
We have 1 in our 10,000 sq ft diesel shop and it moves some air! We were in the process of buying two, but one does the trip, and as a bonus, super quiet!
Would definitely like to see more shop shenanigans, and seeing you guys wrenching on some cars again like the early days.
The obvious solution is to cover the walls with all the unneeded racecar hoods
Or you can have the Freedom Factory and the “POWER PLANT”
Good one
“Power Plant” (PP) and Freedom Factory (FF)
towards the end, James look genuinely happy, like happier than I've ever seen him. He has to be so excited!
Losing a 2 hour commute would make anyone happy.
Bald Eagle Nest or "The Stable" where all the horsepower is kept.
I am liking The Eagles Nest and Liberty Lab, you should put it to a vote Cleet!
The Eagles nest is the only option. My options sucked compared to that. Everyone upvote the crap out of this comment so cleet knows he needs to name it the eagles nest
Eagles nest is already taken. It's pretty significant. You should look it up.
@@retsaoter Slave owners lived on plantations and lived in plantation homes, yet there are many things today with plantation in the name. I don't see the problem.
Congratulations! Can't wait to see what you build at "The Eagles Nest"
The Eagles Nest, is good name as it’s where the freedom is born and nurtured
Also the name of the mountain resort for the Nazi Party.
That's a pretty good idea
I was going to suggest that name too
@@JayMS916 Damn you beat me to it hahaha! I was just about to say the same thing! I was recently working on a Battlefield 1942 map remake of Eagles Nest for my Battlefield 2 total conversion mod called Battlefield 1944. I was so fed up with how BF5 turned out and wanted to give a true HD sequel to 1942.
But yeah, not quite the best name for the place, even though it would be cool as hell. But I am anti woke SJW So it really wouldn't bother me too much.
I second this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Place is looking great! Some red white n blue on the I-beams inside would be a great touch
White metal roofing for interior walls. Durable, easy to clean, affordable, and looks good.
I agree roof decking would be the easiest.
If you make the "clean room" positive pressure (enclose it at all times like door closed, pump air into it) then it would be significantly dust-free and for longer periods. Good place to do lots of more delicate tasks. Use air filters of course
Shop name: Eagle Den
EAGLES NEST !
As someone who operates a Welding and Fab shop, those tall overhead doors on both ends are a dream for me! I currently have to back a 20' trailer (around 40' total) into our building without enough room to pull up straight in front of. Drive in drive out would be amazing! Specially when the sun hits right and you cant see inside the building
Congratulations on the new shop gentlemen.
It’s kinda weird being this invested in someone else’s life, but I’m so freaken pumped for you guys! That place is perfect! I’m glad it’s not at the freedom factory, gives the channel another dimension! 🤙🏻
Just liking to help get to 69.. I do t like you or your comment but i can appreciate anyone's blessings.

I ate my cereal bowl poop turds bc of you.
I'm really surprised you didn't order a hub dyno after the issues with Leroy.
Agree, hub dyno much better and hub dynos can do full quarter mile pulls through the gears when setting up cars, rather than just 4th gear pull to redline. Can even be setup to simulate hi traction off the line and then less traction at say 80feet etc. See this video from Steve Morris Engines th-cam.com/video/-MxD6zZ9y3E/w-d-xo.html
They should get a life size yard art giraffe. Stand it right behind the Dyno.
That's a great idea.. we have a gray metal looking one that's life size about 30 minutes north of Detroit
Congratulations on your new shop Gentlemen!! Looking forward to your new videos!
Spray foam the entire interior structure then spray white paint. It would heavily insulate the building and make a future air conditioning possible. Also brighten it up a ton.
Spray foam also adds structural integrity, butttt it is already all steel/iron lol
He should hire my company to come foam it and paint it. We produce some of the best jobs in New England. I’d even eat the cost of the 24hour drive out there
@@socialjusticewarrior9601 yes it increases the structural integrity by up to 300x even on steel it makes all the panels ridged plus they will never rot out
I'd recommend getting some guinea birds. They're annoying AF but they eat ALL the bugs. And they are maintenance free
They even eat ticks.
Not exactly the background noise you want when you're trying to film a TH-cam video. They are LOUD!!! And they NEVER shut up.
they will also kill every snake they can find
You need a small goat.
McFarland Garage. Also you might want to put either an 8' or 10' panels on long side of the pole barn for more privacy and will stop winds blowing in yet still having air flow.
Cleetus I gotta give you guys props for including promotions and adds in the video, so we can skip over it because ive seen it before.
Can’t be Florida man without backyard gators
Pretty sure he's done a video about his gators in the pond at his house
I reccomend a company called 'bigass fans' literally, but they are great for big warehouses
can confirm these suckers are pretty fresh
Believe it or not the army uses them. Was at basic a while ago, we where at the mortar square, looked up, saw ‘big ass fans’ written on the fan blade. Gave me a little chuckle.
Air Force uses them too. My squadron has like 8 of them in our hanger.
I love the “Big Ass Fan” we have in our gym. that thing moves some air!
Those or a there's other brands like porta cool that double as a swamp cooler essentially but does make it humid you gotta run the pump at the right time but they get super cool
That back open shop space they used for cutting would be perfect for a dyno
I delivered metal to that shop a few years ago. Dude lived there, made some badass stuff too. Nice property lay out too. Congrats on the new place guys!!
I like this!
"THE SHED" that what all us Aussies say. I'm heading out to the shed!
Which usually means stand out there with a tin in your hand and look in the engine bay for an hour "planning" what you're going to do, then have another tin and do something totally unrelated to what you're SUPPOSED to be doing, and then 3 hours later go back inside a little tipsy and no closer to finishing your project.
@@TorqHub lol, I've never heard a can of beer referred to as "a tin".
@@TorqHub haha so tru hey
@@timdottillis0420 and when a mate messages and says "keen for a few tins" that just means more company in the shed to talk shit and less work gets done!
So happy for you guys. Congratulations

C: Do not wash parts in here jackstand
J: That’s a good idea
C: Nooo
Since the Freedom Factory is FF and the shop is close by the track, I would call it FFF for Freedom Factory Fabrications.
I don’t hate it but it doesn’t hit quite right
For the walls, put up metal sheeting. Basically the same as what's on the outside of the building but white, it'll make a huge difference looks wise.
Makes it brighter inside too, until it eventually gets covered in soot from vehicles and welding and what not, but that should take them a long time to get to that point.
@@ryanlamfers8692 true, but you can take a power washer to em when they do.
@@ngcolby you can, got to move everything out first though. Like I said it'd take them probably 10 years before they'd have to worry about it getting that grimey.
@Bruce Cole I wouldn't want PVC anywhere near where welding might occur, that's just me though.
The name should be the STABLE for all the horsepower it’s gonna see
They make sheet metal panels just for interior coverage. It also creates a large air gap by going over the wall girts. The air gap helps by over 60% if you decide to air condition in the future.
Also since it’s coated it’s easy to clean. It will help lighten the place up if you go with a light color.
You should sell advertisement space for the walls for companies to put up banners, im sure companies would pay good money to be there in several videos a month totaling millions of views
Our company would LOVE to have our banner on that wall! @faroutfoodz
Fireproof banners or their going to burn the place down cutting and welding.
Bunker branding hangs flags/banners on his walls maybe ask him about risk with them. He probably has some I might on interior walls
"FORT- FREEDOM"
"FREEDOM FORT ONE"
Congratulations you guys stay strong Warriors
I’ve been looking at some of the names but no one comes near to to guy saying since there is a freedom factory this has to be the liberty lab
Was just about to comment “FT FREEDOM”
FREEDOM HQ MAKES THE MOST SENSE
Great Purchase! I think y'all will feel right at home in that shop. You never mentioned or showed the mezzanine or loft or whatever you wanna call it....but I think that should become a "toy room" as in a scale slot car drag strip and curio cabinets or glass sales counters for display of die cast collections and trophies and cool stuff like that!
Sure you could make it dirty parts storage but I like the idea of a man cave rec room better!
I pictured a dyno session with several fainting goats dropping like flies in the background. 😂😲
yeh animals by the dyno isnt a good idea fumes and noise
Yes, goats are awesome haha
concrete that back part and add more storage they will run out of room again.
I second “The Eagles Nest” for the shop
I dont think thats the best name right now. Google "the eagles nest".
