I love the thought that caring for our own health is caring for the health of our planet. As a middle-aged woman on a recent journey to protect my family and community from having to deal with the fallout of my lifelong bad decisions about my wellbeing, I see that it is wider than that. We impact one another. From my mitochondria to my galaxy cluster and beyond.
